It's best to vacuum it up immediately.

From threads. Take a balloon. Inflate it to the desired size and wrap it with threads, soaking each layer with PVA glue. The layers of thread should be quite dense and cover the ball completely. When the glue dries, pop the ball. The result is an openwork base in which you can easily attach light topiary decorations.

Rubber ball. A medium-sized rubber ball can serve as the basis for a crown. Just don't use pins to attach jewelry to it. But a glue gun will attach the materials to the base well.
