Photos of crafts made from spoons

You can decorate your garden plot or local area not only with fresh flowers, but also with plastic ones. Snow-white daisies from unnecessary plastic bottles will be an original and worthy addition that is easy to make with my own hands. Beautiful crafts can be made in any version and installed to your liking, delicate flowers will delight the eyes of the owners and their guests in any weather and time of year.

Simple flowers are the easiest way

There are several types of daisy crafts made from waste bottles. They depend on materials, tools and skill. For a beginner in this business, it is better to choose the easiest option, but when the meaning is already clear, you can begin more complex and intricate crafts and even realize your own fantasies.

Necessary materials:

  • Plastic bottles in white and green colors;
  • Multi-colored caps or pieces of a yellow plastic bottle for the center of the flower;
  • Cut out template;
  • Sharp scissors;
  • Awl;
  • Wax candle;
  • Wire.

Step-by-step work plan:

  1. Prepare the main part of a well-washed bottle by cutting off the neck and bottom.
  2. Using a template, cut a colo from the cylindrical part (the diameter can be taken from 5 cm or more).
  3. Cut the plastic colo into petals of suitable width to the middle of the future inflorescence. Stretch and round the petals to make the flower more natural.

It is better to cut the workpiece into a pair of petals, for example, 12 or 18.

  1. Make a hole in the middle of each daisy base using an awl or sharp scissors.
  2. Heat the prepared bases over the flame of a wax candle so that the petals bend a little. This can also be achieved using scissors, running the tip along each petal.
  3. For one daisy you will need three plastic blanks.
  4. Cut out circles for the center from the yellow bottle. You can also use colorful bottle caps. Lightly melt the center over a lit candle and glue it to the finished and collected inflorescences. You need to make two holes in the center using a sharp awl.

When working with an awl, you must adhere to safety rules and work very carefully.

  1. Cut out a colo and an oval from a green bottle - these will be the sepals and petals for the chamomile. Cut the colo and oval to the middle, imitating petals.
  2. Thread a wire into the base of the flower, where two holes have already been made, so that there is enough of it for the stem. Attach a sepal to the 3 inflorescences below and twist two pieces of wire so that the flower does not fall apart.
  3. Next, melt the petals over the flame and attach the desired amount of them to the wire, alternately intertwining two pieces of wire.
  4. The finished stem can be wrapped with green thread to hide the wire. Or you can cut a thin strip from a green bottle, melt it a little over a candle flame and also wrap it around the stem.

The flower is ready!

Giant fairy flowers near the house

You can decorate the entrance to the yard with large daisies, which from a distance can be mistaken for real ones. To do this, you just need to find a large container white and a little patience.

Necessary materials:

  • Large white plastic bottles;
  • Colored round plate;
  • Cut out template of petal and leaf;
  • Sharp scissors and knife;
  • A piece of wire;
  • Wax candle;
  • Green thick thread or plastic bottle;
  • Awl.

Step-by-step work plan:

  1. Cut off the neck and bottom of white bottles.
  2. Cut out ovals from the cylinder of the bottle using a template - these will be large petals for the flower. One end of the petals should be rounded with a lit candle for a more realistic look.
  3. Use scissors or a knife to make a small hole on the side of the plate into which to insert the petal. And do this around the entire plate, inserting the finished petals into the holes.

In order for the petals to hold tight and the flower not to fall apart due to strong winds, their ends must be melted with fire on the inside of the plate.

  1. Use an awl to make two holes in the middle of the plate and insert the ends of the wire into them, pulling them out from the inside for the stem.
  2. Twist the wire tightly under the plate so that the structure does not break or fall apart.
  3. Cut leaves from a green bottle using a template. They also need to be softened a little over a candle flame to round them out.
  4. Screw the leaves with wire, and wrap the finished stem with thick green thread or a thin strip from a green plastic bottle.

Large daisies can be collected in a bouquet and presented as original gift made with your own hands.

Almost real flowers for a bouquet

To decorate a yard or a bare flowerbed in spring with multi-colored plastic daisies, what could be simpler and more beautiful? This bouquet looks quite harmonious both in a small country house and in the courtyard of a cottage.

Necessary materials:

  • White, yellow and green clean plastic bottles - several pieces each;
  • Sharp scissors and knife;
  • Template of the middle, sepals and leaves;
  • Awl;
  • Green thick thread or thin strip from a bottle for the stem;
  • Wax candle.

Step-by-step work plan:

  1. Wash all suitable bottles for the craft well.
  2. Cut white bottles crosswise at the point where it expands and goes into the main part.
  3. Leaving the cylindrical part with the bottom, cut its base in a circle into petals, not reaching the middle. There should be a pair of petals, for example, 12 or 16. But you should not make them too narrow or wide.
  4. Round each petal using sharp scissors and bend it slightly outward, holding one end over a lit candle - this will make the daisy look more delicate and natural.
  5. Cut out the middle of a yellow bottle using a template. Using a sharp awl, pierce two holes or wires in the middle, and melt the edges over a wax candle.
  6. The green bottle is needed for the sepals. Cut a circle out of it and, without cutting to the middle, make several petals. Also carefully pierce two holes in the center of the circle with a wire awl.
  7. The green workpiece also needs to be supported over the fire so that it is rounded and naturally arched.

It is important not to overexpose the plastic parts over the candle fire, otherwise they will turn yellow or melt too much.

  1. Pass two ends of a thin wire through the finished yellow center, then put on three layers of white chamomile petals and thread these ends through the sepal, twisting it under the collected flower.
  2. If desired, cut out the required number of leaves from the remains of a green bottle using a template, melt them over a candle and bend them beautifully, giving them a natural look.
  3. Twist both ends of the wire until the end, putting on the finished leaves as needed.
  4. The stem must be strong and stable so that it can withstand the weight of the inflorescence and not bend under a strong wind.
  5. To hide the wire and beautifully decorate the stem, you can use a woolen thread or a thin strip from a plastic bottle. Using a thread or a strip melted over a candle, wrap the wire along its entire length, securing the ends at the bottom of the stem.

You can complement the white chamomile with other flowers made from multi-colored bottles using the same principle.

How to use daisies from plastic bottles in design?

You can use handmade daisy crafts in different ways.

Here are a few original ideas, which are sure to please even the most fastidious beauty connoisseurs:

  • A large flower bed of white or multi-colored daisies to decorate the yard or decorate the site after construction. Such a flowerbed does not need any watering or care, so you can safely leave it even for the whole summer;
  • One or a couple of flowers will beautifully decorate a green meadow or an already faded bush - and there will always be flowers in the yard;
  • A bouquet of small flowers from multi-colored bottles can be placed in a vase and admired in winter time, remembering the warm and sunny summer;
  • Chamomile inflorescences without a stem can be attached to the wall using liquid clusters. This decoration is perfect for the kitchen or children's room;
  • A bouquet of plastic daisies for a birthday? Why not. Especially if the birthday person is an avid summer resident or the owner of at least a small plot of land.

Why throw away already used plastic bottles, because with their help you can not pollute the environment, but decorate the world with delicate flowers.

An excellent addition to the red, blue and yellow fresh flowers on the site will be white daisies from plastic bottles.

To make them significantly different from all existing vegetation, you need to make them much larger than they actually are. In this case, you can place white beauties on a flowerbed, fence, or decorate the gate or the house itself with them.

If you love small daisies, it won't be difficult to make these too. Moreover, there should be a lot of them. Only then will they stand out significantly from the general background.

Making plastic daisies is very easy. If you don’t have a white milk or kefir container on hand, use transparent plastic, but in this case you will have to paint it several times with special paint, preferably acrylic, which is weather-resistant.

So, let's start making white daisies and you will see how easy it is. Let's consider several options for creating plastic daisies, which will give an even more romantic look to any flower bed.

Method number 1. White chamomile

  • white plastic bottles - 3 pieces for one flower;
  • yellow or orange cap - needed for the middle of the flower;
  • scissors;
  • wire;
  • awl.

Step-by-step instruction

To make a flower lush, one bottle will not be enough. The most optimal quantity is 3 pieces.

All bottles for this flower must have the same size neck. This will greatly facilitate the task of creating flora.

We offer detailed instructions How to make a plastic daisy:

To make such a daisy even more original, you can glue a ladybug or transparent beads to the petals to imitate dew drops.

Method number 2. Colored chamomile

Required materials and tools:

  • white plastic bottles - 3 pieces;
  • green plastic bottle – 1 piece;
  • yellow bottle - 1 piece;
  • scissors;
  • awl;
  • candle.

Step-by-step instruction

The following steps must be taken:

  1. Take a white plastic container and cut it in half crosswise so that the border runs along the expanding area. We will need Bottom part with bottom.
  2. Using scissors, make cuts in the workpiece around the entire circle (approximately 15-17 pieces), not reaching the middle of the bottle. This will create the petals of a flower.
  3. Round each petal to make it look as gentle and natural as possible.
  4. Heat the awl and make a through hole in the center of the flower.
  5. Light a candle and hold the resulting model over it so that the petals swirl a little. Make sure that the material does not melt or turn yellow.
  6. From a yellow bottle, cut out circles that will be the center of the flower. Using an awl, punch two holes in them. Melt all the edges in a circle over the fire.
  7. Make a sepal from a green bottle. To do this, cut out a circle and cut it so that you get petals. Punch two holes in the center with an awl and hold the resulting blank over the candle until the petals curl (slightly).
  8. Place one sepal (or several), three layers of white petals and the center onto the wire.
  9. Rotate the metal base through the second hole in the core and guide it through the petals and sepals.
  10. Wrap the wire under the sepal and along the entire length of the stem to make it thicker and more convenient.
  11. Let's move on to decorating the stem. To do this, cut a strip 0.5 cm wide from green plastic. Attach it to the end of the stem and hold it over the candle flame. While heating the plastic, gently wrap it around the entire base of the daisy.

Additionally, you can decorate such a small flower with leaves made of green plastic, the edges of which are also burned over a fire and secured to the stem using a thin strip of plastic.

Method number 3. Large daisies

Creation instructions

By making daisies in this way, you will get very large flowers that will be visible from afar and will stand out from the entire flowerbed. They can be done as follows:

  1. Take large white plastic bottles and cut off the necks and bottoms.
  2. Cut out the petals from the resulting blank, giving them a rounded shape at the edges.
  3. Using a knife, carefully make small holes at the ends of the yellow plate and insert one petal into each of them.
  4. The edge of the petal, located inside the plate, with reverse side burn with fire, which will prevent the chamomile from disintegrating.
  5. Make two holes in the plate with an awl and insert a wire into them, forming a flower stem.
  6. Fasten the wire under the plate, giving the entire structure the necessary rigidity.

I often make crafts from plastic spoons in the shape of flowers. In particular, it is very easy to make tulips and crocuses from them, since disposable plastic spoons are almost ready-made petals.

Only in the case of tulips you need to use large plastic spoons (dinner spoons, so to speak), and for crocuses - small ones (tea spoons, dessert spoons).

To make one flower you will need:

  • Plastic spoons. Metal rod, hard wire for the stem. Ideally, pushing a plastic tube.
  • For fastening - glue or wire.
  • Bright color paint.

1. Use a knife to separate the long handles of the spoons. The knife must be very sharp, as the handles often break off under pressure.

3. Glue/staple 3 tablespoons into the middle flower bud.

4. If you decide to fasten the petals with glue, choose a special glue for plastic: it contains a solvent for this material. As a result of its influence, the plastic, as it were, “melts”; all that remains is to press the elements tightly together, and they will stick together very firmly, or rather, “weld”. Universal adhesives are not very suitable for this type of plastic, since they do not provide a very strong, or, to put it more simply, fragile connection. If you don’t have special glue for plastic, it’s better to use regular wire, threading it into the holes made with a heated (very hot) nail or awl.

5. Glue a second layer, consisting of four petals, along the top of the bud.

6. If you are making a tulip, that is, a flower on a long stem, heat the end of an iron rod and press it into the base of the flower. The rod can be painted with green paint or wrapped with a strip of thin green plastic cut from a bottle. If the rod is then heated over a fire, the plastic will melt and be firmly welded to the metal.

Do the world everyone can do brighter. You can start small by taking up landscape design of the area. Lack of gardening experience, lack of time or a region with a cold climate is not an obstacle to the formation of attractive flower beds. Daisies made from plastic bottles will come to the rescue, as they will organically fit into the design of your summer cottage. Step-by-step instruction will help you choose suitable option chamomile for a specific situation.

Cottage decoration

Landscape design contains many techniques for transforming the territory. Standard-sized daisies can be carefully placed on a mixborder as a temporary replacement for faded plants, or they can organically decorate a lush bush of greenery. Giant-sized plastic daisies look very original, where each petal corresponds to the size of a plastic bottle.

Flowers can be of a simple shape or as close as possible to the original. Such products made from plastic bottles also look appropriate in the interior of the room. There are many placement options: in a flowerbed, in a recreation area, near the gate. A picky decoration will become the accent of landscape design in the cold season, when the flowering period has not yet begun or has come to an end.

To make daisies from plastic bottles with your own hands you will need very little. It is optimal to collect containers from dairy products that are initially opaque and white in color. In the absence of suitable containers, any bottles are taken, which are subsequently painted in the desired color. When decorating, they are most often used acrylic paints, resistant to environmental influences.

simple flower

Despite the simple manufacturing algorithm, these daisies made from plastic bottles look very attractive. To work you need to prepare:

  • Opaque white plastic container - at the rate of 3 bottles per chamomile.
  • Lids orange and yellow color for the core.
  • Awl with wire.
  • Marker with scissors.

Important! All bottles for one chamomile must have the same size neck.

The creative process consists of the following steps:

The daisy can be decorated with a ladybug glued to a plastic petal, or with transparent beads imitating morning dew.

Piece of art

The following method of decorating a plastic flower is more suitable for decorating the interior of a room. Prepare for creativity:

  • Plastic bottles in white, green and yellow.
  • Candles or a convenient lighter.
  • Paper, marker, ruler.
  • Compass, awl.
  • Scissors, round nose pliers.
  • Scotch tape and wire.

So, a spectacular do-it-yourself daisy made from plastic bottles, a step-by-step guide:

At the final stage, it’s time to assemble the chamomile. First, the leaves are attached to the stem, the sepals, petals and core are put on. The edge of the wire is rounded off with pliers so that the structure does not fall apart. From the bottom of the yellow bottle, you can cut a small yellow piece with a convex shape that will neatly cover the edge of the wire. Plastic glue will perfectly fix the element.

Admire the resulting work of art:

There is another original option for making chamomile from plastic bottles. The bottom and neck of each container are removed, and a petal is cut along the container. When the required number of blanks has been collected, they are mounted on plastic plate yellow, in which the slots are pre-prepared.
