In the second half of the 16th century there was a terrible harvest, there were few apples. Necessary materials: foam ball, lace parts, PVA glue, acrylic paint of two colors, sponge, polymer glue, accessories

To make an elegant vintage Christmas tree ball, glue the lace parts to the base using PVA glue. Then cover it with acrylic paint, first one color and then another. It is advisable to choose a contrasting pair: for example, white and bronze. Finally, we go over the surface with a sponge to create an aged effect and attach the fittings. We think this ball is a great addition to a gift.

5. Ball made of thread, rope or twine

Necessary materials: balloon, thick thread, rope or twine, PVA glue, glue container, polymer glue, accessories

You can make stylish balls for your Christmas tree even using simple materials at hand. To do this, tie a balloon and cover it with PVA glue. At the same time, prepare a thick woolen thread or twine: pour glue into an unnecessary container and leave the rope there for about 15 minutes.

Then we randomly wrap it around the inflated ball and dry this unusual design for 8-10 hours. After we pierce it, we are left with a hollow ball of rope. You can glue accessories to it, decorate it with sequins, beads, rhinestones, or cover it with spray paint. A simple but elegant decorative item is ready.

6. Decor with acorns and pine cones

Necessary materials: foam ball, natural materials(cones, acorn caps), acrylic paint, wire cutters, polymer glue or glue gun, accessories

Cones, acorns and other gifts of the forest are associated with nature. Why not use them instead of endless plastic and other artificial materials for decorating Christmas balls? For example, you can cover the toy with brown acrylic paint and use a glue gun to decorate it with acorn hats. Another option is to cover the ball with individual scales or the tops of cones. This way you will not only have a good time, but also become a little closer to nature.

Greetings to everyone who stopped by to visit! Probably for me, winter is the most magical and mysterious time of the year! Everything that surrounds us, strewn with white fluffy snow, suddenly turns into an enchanted kingdom! The glass windows of our houses are painted with unique, varied, lacy winter patterns... Especially at such times, there is a desire to create something unusual, winter and beautiful to decorate the interior of your home.

For work I needed:

*Large transparent plastic ball, detachable (diameter 20 cm), consisting of two halves;

*Alabaster;

*You can use a ready-made house, but I made my own. For this I needed: a piece of cardboard, checkered paper, a pencil, a ruler, a house pattern, acrylic paints and a brush;

*Structural paste or paste that imitates snow, made by yourself (), artificial snow.

*An old brush with frayed bristles (for structural paste);

*Contour on glass white(for example, Tair companies);

*Nippers or side cutters;

*Silicone hot glue;

*Palette knife;

*Cotton pads, napkins, alcohol;

*Silver glitter powder;

*Transparent nylon bow, thin bow satin ribbon, plywood snowflakes, snowflake stickers.

*Toothpicks and twine (for the fence).

*Decorative stones for an aquarium.

*Small branches, Christmas trees, small figures: gnomes, deer, dogs, snowmen, everything you can find will be useful. You can use figures from Kinder Surprises;

After you have prepared everything you need, you can begin your magical creativity - creating a ball!

ATTENTION: We perform all the decor in that half of the transparent ball, which is smooth along the edge inside. Set the second half of the ball (lid) aside.

Using the simplest pattern, I made a gingerbread house out of cardboard. Using colored acrylic paints I painted it chocolate and white and covered the roof with snow.

The entire decor of your first transparent plastic ball I made it on a base that I made to the size of the ball using gypsum mortar. To do this, one of the halves of the ball was covered with an ordinary thin cellophane bag and filled with a ready-made alabaster (gypsum) solution.

The solution is made like this: pour gypsum powder into any unnecessary container (for example, a disposable plastic cup) and then, constantly stirring with a spoon or stick, gradually pour in water. There should be approximately two times less water than powder. I stirred all the time, as the plaster hardens very quickly. She very carefully poured the plaster onto the straightened little bag in the ball, gently shook it, gently tapping it, and left it to harden.

After the mass has hardened, the base for work is ready.

I placed the base on a cardboard reel of tape and tried on the future decor: a house, Christmas trees, a fence (which I made from toothpicks), a snowman. I apply brown acrylic paint to the base and place the house and pebble path on it with hot glue.

Then I glued on hot glue: Christmas trees, plants, deer, fences - everything I prepared. I placed a tree behind the house, which I made by connecting several twigs.

I applied snow texture paste on top and while it was still wet, sprinkled white artificial snow over everything.

Then she shook off the snow and sprinkled silver sparkles on top.
