"Rozhana" was accused of sectarianism. The story of Zhanna Tsaregradskaya from the inside: stories of the victims Rozhana Tsaregradskaya

Sects and health

The state is no longer going to protect its citizens from false healers

It is known that a rare sect does not speculate on the topic of health and disease, which, in one way or another, each person encounters in his life. A rare sect does not promise its adherents to get rid of ailments if they fulfill all the necessary instructions of the leader or organization. Often such experiments end tragically: a person refuses medical care, pays money to a sect or some "healer", meanwhile the disease progresses, which leads to serious complications or even death. In an effort to avoid responsibility before the law, sectarian leaders use the following formulations: "we do not cure, but if you follow our method, the disease will recede by itself." Promises like these are outright lies that leaders use to capitalize on human misery and suffering.

In accordance with the still valid "Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of citizens' health", "propaganda, including by the mass media, of methods of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medicines that have not passed the screening tests in the manner prescribed by law is prohibited" ("Fundamentals legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of the health of citizens ", Article 43).

It is obvious to any sane person that the actions of sectarians who lure gullible citizens into their nets with promises of miraculous healing and healing with the help of dubious methods and means invented by the leader are illegal.

However, for unknown reasons, the State Duma canceled the 43rd article in the new "Fundamentals", so the likelihood that now false healers are even more active and begin to heal serious diseases, including cancer, with tap water, tea, soda, connection with space, etc., is very large. Also of concern is the repeal in the law of the ban on mass healing sessions. To draw the attention of society and the state to this, we are beginning to publish a list of sects where full or partial refusal of medical care is practiced, and alternative pseudo-medical methods are being promoted, which in sects replace the help of a doctor. In anticipation of the consideration of the new draft law "Fundamentals", we sent this review to the State Duma, but no legislative initiatives were adopted that would protect citizens from false healers who profit from the grief and suffering of sick people.

The published survey of sects practicing dubious health experiments is far from complete. If you are faced with any organization calling for citizens to refuse medical care or advocating alternative unverified "remedies", please contact our Center.

Refusal of medical care and experiments on the health of citizens in various sects

Center for perinatal education and breastfeeding support "ROZHANA" (founder - Zh.V. Tsaregradskaya)

"ROZHANA" - one of the many sects that promote the so-called "unity with nature". The circle of potential adherents is clearly defined here: the emphasis is on pregnant and lactating women who, due to the stress they experience, become more suggestible and for the sake of the child's health are ready to comply with any prescriptions and pay any money.

“Oneness with nature” in this sect includes home birth and the refusal of professional medical care during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Childbirth is taken by sect activists, people without any medical, even obstetric, education, and this often ends tragically for the mother and child. However, the sect does not forget to take a considerable amount of money from the client for such a risk to life and health - not only for its own, but also for the child. Thus, the sister of a woman who suffered from the sect tells how the "Rozhanov midwives" took delivery, as a result of which her sister and her newborn child ended up in the hospital: the mother was in serious condition, the child was in a coma: http://antirojana.ucoz.ru/ publ / 4-1-0-54. Another woman who suffered from the actions of “Rozhana” turned to a “breastfeeding specialist” due to milk stagnation. Rozhanovsky "specialist" tried to treat her with all kinds of lotions and massage, which led to an abscess. As a result, the woman was hospitalized and both mammary glands were removed: http://antirojana.ucoz.ru/publ/4-1-0-48. A certain "care instructor" from the "Rozhana" center broke the leg of a 6-month-old baby. http://antirojana.ucoz.ru/publ/3-1-0-44. All these people who committed atrocities went unpunished.

One of the features of the sect's pseudo-healing activity is strange manipulations with the child's umbilical cord, endowed with a magical meaning and at the same time clearly far from safe. So, during childbirth, a special umbilical cord dressing is practiced, which is done by Rozhanov's midwives, and when a child is 3 - 4 years old, the umbilical cord is untied - and this is done personally by Zh. V. Tsaregradskaya. It is believed that such manipulations are needed to "familiarize the child with universal knowledge."

According to Zh. V. Tsaregradskaya, diapers, strollers and cribs are all "evil of civilization" that interferes with the natural processes of the baby's development; the newborn should always be in the mother's arms; it is impossible to transfer the baby to dad, grandmother or any of the relatives, as this can disrupt the unity of the child with the mother. Any health problems: high fever, crying from colic or other childhood illnesses - are explained by the violation of "trust in the world" and unity with the mother, in which the woman who has just given birth is to blame.

Accordingly, she must restore the "balance of nature" without doctors and drugs, but with the help of "breastfeeding consultants", whose consultations cost a lot of money. However, all adherents of "Rozhana" are invited to take a "training" course and become such "consultants" themselves, that is, recruiters for the sect. As in a typical sect, isolation of adherents from the outside world is practiced here: mothers are strongly advised not to communicate with other parents - only with "like-minded people", that is, followers of Constantinople.

The founder of the sect, together with her husband, conduct trainings at their dacha in the Kaluga region, which are called "Dacha". There was also organized a closed sectarian settlement of "Rozhanovites", many of whom have built houses on the land belonging to Tsaregrad and are currently unable to return them. Not everyone is hired for trainings, but women "especially close" to the leader, who leave their families with babies and leave for several weeks to "learn" motherhood. All those present at the dacha give a nondisclosure agreement. They are strictly forbidden to share both information and their impressions - this is explained by the fact that all advice is given individually and in isolation from the context can be misunderstood.

They warn that if they begin to tell, then a negative reaction from the listeners may follow, since outsiders are "not ready" for such information. After the training, according to Tsaregradskaya, a "three-week quarantine" is required, when you cannot leave the house. According to the organizers, during this quarantine, the child regularly arranges "checks" for his mother: he is naughty, sick - this is explained by the "release of negative energy." Such things should be ignored and the "correct", that is, "Rozhanov's" behavior should be continued. After that, you need to come once a month to "supportive seminars" - thus, the life of mothers with children is tirelessly controlled by the leaders of the sect.

From controlling the behavior and the whole life of its adherents, Tsaregradskaya passes to the neo-Nazi idea of \u200b\u200b"cultivating" a new people in her sect, with a rigid system of castes, which she, Zh. V. Tsaregradskaya, and her husband will lead and lead the "higher caste" , A. V. Tsaregradskiy. It even got to the point that they demanded to collect 3.5 million rubles from women deceived by the initially beautiful idea of \u200b\u200bsupporting breastfeeding. on the golden crown. When people who hitherto believed in Tsaregradskaya realized that they were being deceived and came to the "summer cottage" settlement of Tsaregradskaya to pick up their belongings, the husband and son of Tsaregradskaya opened fire on them from a traumatic weapon, after which one of the victims ended up in a coma in intensive care. A criminal case was initiated against Tsaregradskaya's husband, A.V. Tsaregradsky, under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Attempted murder"), but later this article was replaced by a "softer" - 111 Art. "Infliction of grievous bodily harm". The youngest son of Tsaregradskikh after these events fled from his parents to an orphanage. The injured person remained disabled for the rest of his life. Another 13 people who suffered from the activities of the Rozhana center continue to conduct legal proceedings with Tsaregradskaya in the Maloyaroslavets district of the Kaluga region.

In some amazing way, the Rozhana Center continues to operate in Moscow, and even the Dacha trainings continue to operate.

or here:

Anna: I was prompted to write this text by the unhealthy excitement that the media inflated around Tsaregradskaya. Burning with righteous anger, they managed to throw mud at everyone and everything. It is clear that to shout down the media and prove that Zhanna Tsaregradskaya is not to blame, no one has yet succeeded, but let's turn on common sense.

I am one of the victims in this case, so I can say exactly what Zhanna Vladimirovna is accused of. The media portrays her as almost a murderer of children, and at the same time, grateful mothers whom she once helped are not at all aware of the second direction of her activities ...

As you can see from Tsaregradskaya's blog, for the past few years she has been obsessed with the ideas of being chosen, a thirst for power and unshakable confidence in her righteousness. Where did this come from and what exactly is she accused of today?

By education, a teacher working with young children, and later a nurse, began her career in the 90s. At that time, the World Health Organization (WHO), together with UNICEF, were concerned about the fact that the percentage of mothers who breastfeed was rapidly decreasing, and the formula was being served almost as an equivalent alternative to breastfeeding, while deaths from artificial feeding began to read off scale.

These organizations launched a global campaign to improve the situation and increase the number of breastfeeding mothers. For this, breastfeeding rules, and later a whole course of counseling, which gave rise to a new profession - a breastfeeding consultant.

So, at that time (and this is more than 20 years ago) Tsaregradskaya and its center "Rozhana" were engaged in providing assistance with breastfeeding. Zhanna Vladimirovna was one of the first in Russia to become a consultant, collaborated with the first maternity hospital that received the title of "Baby-friendly hospital" from WHO / UNICEF, wrote many articles and books on this topic, one of them is a manual for medical institutions in collaboration with MD, pediatrician Fateeva E.M. (scientific consultant of the Research Institute of Nutrition, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences)

Then Tsaregradskaya supplemented breastfeeding counseling with other aspects of caring for newborns within the framework of natural parenting. This approach is based on the development of psychologists (Russian and foreign), practitioners of this approach (such as Martha and William Sears, and here - Nikitin), as well as ethnographic data. At that time, Tsaregradskaya really literally saved many mothers from the many problems that awaited them. The flow of grateful clients did not dry out, and Rozhana was replenished with a large number of experienced breastfeeding and care consultants (all successful mothers with many children), who conducted their own observations and accumulated positive experience of motherhood.

Where and at what stage did the gratitude of mothers turn Tsaregradskaya's head?

At what point did she suddenly imagine herself as a deity with the right to determine who is good and who is bad? Where did the idea come from that everyone should worship and serve her? But that is precisely why a few years ago she decided to create a sect, which included us - grateful mothers, who still do not suspect what plans Zh.V.

Why did we get there? Yes, because it all started quite innocently: the ecovillage that is fashionable nowadays, life in nature, good relations. Suddenly, strange ideas began to appear, unnecessary financial demands and claims to worship. Tsaregradskaya began to insist on watching all sorts of "accusatory" films, instilling the idea that they want to destroy Russia and need to seek salvation. Zhanna Vladimirovna manipulated trust more and more and demanded more and more, trying to instill that we all have health problems. And she did it covertly, but persistently. She subtly quarreled between husbands and wives, set some against others, pressed everyone on his sore spot or lack, so it seemed that she knew everything about you.

She could put pressure on parents with the help of children. For example, one family, who, due to financial security, needed her in the village, Tsaregradskaya said that their little daughter, who was sick a lot, needed a move.

And at some point, we found ourselves owing huge amounts of money to the organization, and not for general needs, but such things as organizing a large-scale holiday, gifts for Zhanna Vladimirovna and her family, building a large house for her, etc. Later we learned that our previous "household" funds went straight into her pocket.

Some especially suggestible parents were crushed to the point that they did not know how they would manage without the help of Constantinople. And the last straw was her reasoning that everyone should be treated by her friend, a psychiatrist, who in conspiracy with her declared the mothers and children who came to him were abnormal and prescribed them potent drugs (which, by the way, should not be given to children). This was already a flagrant sabotage, and then we finally understood what kind of person Constantinople was. Its main goal is money and power, and power, perhaps even more ... And then we left.

But the matter did not end there. Arriving a month later for our belongings, we were fired upon from traumatic pistols by her husband and son. Undoubtedly, this was provoked by her, because I know for certain: all this month, paranoia was being built up in her family that terrible and dangerous people would come to kill her and her children on the orders of some higher authorities.

What conclusion can be drawn from this situation? Do not make yourself an idol - this is, of course, for all times.

Probably, this fate is natural. But now, in fact, it is important not to throw out the baby with water and separate the personality of Tsaregradskaya from the useful activity that she once did. After all, natural parenting was not invented by Zhanna Tsaregradskaya, she only popularized this approach in Russia, bringing together numerous sources - from psychologists to research by her employees.

Rozhana has existed for over 20 years. Many excellent specialists came out of it, who still successfully help mothers. Many of them are now ashamed of the fact that they studied and worked at Rozhan, because the last years of the existence of this organization were overshadowed by the ambitiousness, arrogance and categoricalness of the leader ... Therefore, you should not give up breastfeeding or methods that provide both mother and child with comfort and peace only because Tsaregradskaya was once the bearer of these ideas.

Denise:First, I want to say that I am grateful to Rozhany for leading me to conscious motherhood and teaching me a lot (and even a negative experience is also an invaluable experience).

I, like many others, got to know “Rozhana” after the birth of a child, when I turned to their specialists with problems in breastfeeding. The center's consultant helped me to deal with our issue, and also opened up a lot of new things for me in the field of motherhood. Then a care instructor came to us, then courses, and after them trainings. All the information that I received at that time in "Rozhan" resonated with me inside, the advice and recommendations were efficient and worked well. At some stage, I realized that I like this direction so much that I also want to participate in it.

And I went first to the course of breastfeeding consultants, and then to the instructor course. At the same time, I visited Nikolaevka a lot, and was more and more interested in the ideas of promoting natural motherhood to the masses. The Tsaregradskys told us a lot about their desire to create an ecovillage, which would be a favorable environment for young parents to exchange experiences. A logical continuation was the move to Nikolaevka and participation in the development of the project. At the first stage, if we had questions and inconsistencies, they were explained by the lack of experience, and, as a result, the inability to see the whole picture as a whole.

Probably, every learning process in any field begins with what a person takes on faith, what the teacher gives him. And then in the course of life you check the information received and draw your own conclusions.

Being in the early stages of training and still fully trusting the teacher, I watched what happened to those who were already separated from her. It should be noted that few people left Rozhana without a scandal. Tsaregradskaya said that everyone who leaves Rozhana must obtain her permission to use the methodology and materials in order to work independently. But no one has ever been worthy of it. And those who continued without permission became enemies.

Meanwhile, a group of like-minded people gathered in Nikolaevka, who were so keen on the ideas of ecovillage that they turned a blind eye to many things or found explanations for each other. I just really wanted to create a dream. At the same time, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya herself began to change right before our eyes. Feeling the support of the team, she began to act more aggressively. I watched how she could curse the consultant over the phone, who wanted to leave Rozhana. She could gather consultants and employees for a general meeting and publicly insult and blame the organization for all the troubles.

She also began a crusade against the inhabitants of the village of Nikolaevka: she wrote numerous statements to the police, groundlessly accusing people. For example, a person asks: "who are you?", She writes in a statement "such and such insulted me and brandished a stick." This was already a wake-up call for us.

Tsaregradskaya's next step was her "passion for psychiatry": she began to make diagnoses right and left, persuading everyone to visit her friend, a psychiatrist, to whom she takes her older children and treats them with pills. Then there were proposals to collect huge sums (we are talking about millions of rubles) for the further development of the project. Events rolled like a snowball.

And I, and others, had more and more unanswered questions. We began to look for answers from those who had worked at Rozhan before us. Gradually managed to fold the picture, and it became clear that you need to stay away from Constantinople. We quickly packed up and left for Moscow. And when they returned for their belongings, they opened fire on us with traumatic weapons (as if we were stealing "their" things), and several people were injured.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Rozhana Center and Zhanna Tsaregradskaya personally are not the same thing. "Rozhana" is a large number of talented, selfless mothers who have become remarkable experts in the field of natural motherhood. It is also a whole movement and direction of a child-friendly attitude.

Rozhana was at the forefront of natural parenting in Russia. And I do not beg for the contribution of the organization, and I am grateful to her for the opportunity to plunge into conscious motherhood.

I also want to note that most of the myths about the harsh methods in Rozhan have no real basis. And each case needs to be considered individually. Yes, there was some tough position on many issues, but it came mainly from Zhanna Vladimirovna. And many of the center's consultants, at first projecting Tsaregradskaya's views as a teacher, subsequently changed their point of view.

Of course, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya is an extraordinary person, and only a strong personality could raise such a thing. But as can be often observed in history, rarely does anyone manage to cope with such a burden of responsibility. And Tsaregradskaya in this case is no exception. It has changed a lot in recent years ...

And I believe that at the moment Tsaregradskaya is using Rozhana and natural parenting to realize her personal goals. She is not a stupid person, which is why she acts through other people: it is difficult to catch her red-handed. In particular, she was never the director of Rozhana, always someone else, she hid behind the position of a methodologist - no responsibility.

The shooting that took place in Nikolaevka was entirely on her conscience. Later, we learned that within a month after our departure, she was setting up her son and husband that if any of the “escaped” returned, they should be shot and buried in the neighboring forest. She practically put pistols in the hands of her son and husband, and as a result she again came out clean from the water, since the incitement is very difficult to prove. That is why the Investigative Committee is currently developing a version of the sect - this is the only way to somehow stop Tsaregradskaya and bring her to at least some responsibility. But since law enforcement agencies (as well as many in our country) are poorly versed in aspects of natural parenting, they lump everything together.

The next wave of stories on our television is again terrifying with its illiteracy and thirst for something hot. The plots are filled with meaningless phrases and old shots that have nothing to do with real events. It is very funny and at the same time sad to see how TV people associate footage of aquatic births with "Rozhana", who, as you know, has always been against aquatic births. It can take a very long time to list bloopers. It seems that by itself, "Rozhana" or Zhanna Tsaregradskaya are not interesting to anyone, but they cannot miss the opportunity to once again attack home birth and natural parenting. It is a pity that our mass media are not even trying to understand the situation.

On October 18 in Moscow, the founder of the Rozhana Center for Perinatal Education and Breastfeeding Support Zhanna Tsaregradskaya was detained. A case was opened against her under Articles 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity) and 239 (creation of an organization that infringes upon the rights of citizens). Tsaregradskaya's husband had previously been sentenced to five years in prison for causing grievous bodily harm. The spouses' son is also under arrest. Tsaregradskie claim that they are illegally pursued by raiders, competitors and representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church.

Muscovite Zhanna Tsaregradskaya was born in 1961, and gave birth to the first of her seven children in 1978. She quickly became disillusioned with formal childcare, she said. The young mother came to the conclusion that her grandmother's advice was more effective. Wanting to get even more such advice, Tsaregradskaya began to study methods of "natural" parenting, relying on ethnographic data, research by a number of psychologists, as well as observation of infants (who, in her opinion, initially have knowledge of their needs). At the same time, Tsaregradskaya received a specialized secondary pedagogical education specializing in "education of preschool children".

In 1985, Tsaregradskaya began giving her friends advice on childhood and motherhood. In 1989, she founded the Rozhana Perinatal Education and Breastfeeding Support Center in Moscow. Tsaregradskaya's husband Andrei (born in 1967), a graduate of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, took part in the activities of the center. Over time, Rozhana became the most famous and popular Russian organization in the field of so-called “natural motherhood”. The center promoted home birth, abandonment of many medical procedures and household items (strollers, diapers), and long-term breastfeeding.

Officially "Rozhana" is a non-profit organization, however, according to Tsaregradskaya itself, over time, the center began to generate income. In her opinion, this was precisely one of the reasons for the misfortunes that fell on the organization. The creator of Rozhany complained about ill-wishers who tried to take over control and financial flows; the intrigues of competitors and ideological opponents; pressure from manufacturers of goods for the "classic" education of children; real estate disputes and many other conflicts. At the same time, only scattered publications appeared in the press dedicated to specific women whom Tsaregradskaya either helped or harmed. Journalists and the public (not counting the supporters of "natural motherhood") actually did not pay attention to the situation. Therefore, it is difficult to understand what exactly happened to “Rozhana” in the last few years - the defeat of a destructive sect, the raider seizure of business or the illegal persecution of dissidents.

In 2006, the Orthodox fighter against sects Alexander Dvorkin drew attention to Rozhana. According to the founder of the center, it was with his submission that rumors began to spread on the Internet that Rozhana was a sect. The Tsaregradsky spouses were accused of pressure on women in labor. Their dacha in the village of Nikolayevka, Kaluga Region, was called the "headquarters of the sect", and the training "Christmas Tale" held at this dacha was considered a destructive effect on the psyche. Interestingly, at about the same time, Tsaregradskaya discovered a number of her texts in brochures published by government agencies. She tried to defend her copyright in court, but in December 2006 the claim was dismissed.

In 2008, passions heated up so much that opponents of Rozhana created a special website called Antirozhan on the Internet. The introductory article said that Tsaregradskaya "collects the genealogy of children up to the fifth generation, cites Hitler in lectures, makes reports at conferences on Bio-extrasensory perception, considers herself a superhuman and aims to correct the shortcomings of children in infancy." Judging by the tone of the articles and comments, the creators and most of the portal's visitors were not opposed to "natural motherhood." Their criticism was directed exclusively at Constantinople itself. She was accused of the fact that "in the flow of logical and correct information, there are key phrases that make readers doubt their correctness."

In 2012, law enforcement agencies became interested in Rozhanaya. In respect of Tsaregradskaya, a case was initiated under Articles 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) and 239 (creation of a non-profit organization that infringes upon the personality and rights of citizens). Initially, the investigation was carried out slowly. Tsaregradskaya, seemingly put on the wanted list, actively appeared on the Internet with complaints of unlawful persecution.

However, in 2013, the investigation was accelerated. On September 29, Tsaregradskaya announced that she feared arrest. The founder of Rozhana stressed: “The term of the investigation in this case has been extended several times. Last renewal until May 20, 2014. This renewal was signed by Bastrykin (Head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation - note "Lenta.ru") or his deputy - only they sign such an extreme extension. This means that the top of the RF IC either does not look at what it signs, or is itself involved in illegal actions. The persecution of me, as the scientific director of the Rozhana Maternal Center, is the persecution for my beliefs! "

On October 18, Tsaregradskaya was detained in Moscow. However, she was almost immediately released on recognizance not to leave, having previously presented charges.

Tsaregradskaya in numerous online publications claims that the criminal prosecution is a consequence of the "war" that was declared to her in 2010. According to the founder of the center, that year administrators Viktoria Movlyaiko and Nigina Shevtsova decided to remove her from the post of head. Tsaregradskaya was directly offered to rewrite the organization as administrators, and to take the post of a methodologist herself. After she refused, Movlyaiko and Shevtsova began active "hostilities". According to the founder of Rozhana, some powerful patrons (including Dvorkin) stood behind the administrators.

According to Tsaregradskaya, in August 2010, Shevtsova, along with several employees who joined her, removed property, money and documents from the center. At the same time, a number of media outlets published critical materials about Rozhan. For example, the REN TV channel aired a story about a woman who abandoned her family after going to the center.

On September 8, 2010, Movlyaiko and her comrades-in-arms arrived in Nikolaevka and held a meeting of the center employees at the Tsaregradskys' dacha. She stated that the organization now belongs to her. Tsaregradskaya tried to interfere with the meeting, called her husband in Moscow and asked him to come. The guests of Rozhana, frightened by the scandal, began to leave. Movlyaiko and her comrades-in-arms also left, and, according to the Tsaregradskys, stole their property.

The next day, September 9, Movlyaiko's comrades-in-arms came to Nikolaevka again and persuaded the 12-year-old son of Tsaregradskys, Darimir, to go with them to "unwind". The child's parents regard this as kidnapping. According to Tsaregradskaya, the abductors did not hide the fact that they acted under the cover of the police. The couple were able to return the child only in December 2010. They say that all this time Darimir was persuaded to complain about the abuse in the family (which he did, in particular, in a report on the life of inmates of the Zyuzino orphanage). Soon Tsaregradskaya was forced to return Darimir to an orphanage and finally took him out of there only in March 2011. According to the founder of Rozhana, at home she could not provide the child with adequate protection. Indeed, the events around the family developed extraordinary.

On October 2, three weeks after Darimir's abduction, Movlyaiko's comrades-in-arms came to Nikolaevka again. According to them, they wanted to pick up their things left in the center (jacket, books and boots). "Guests" claim that Andrei Tsaregradskiy and his 16-year-old son Peresvet met them with shots from traumatic pistols. Two people were injured. In turn, the Tsaregradskys accuse Movlyaiko's associates of the attack. According to their version, only Peresvet fired, and he acted in self-defense. On October 3, Peresvet and Andrei Tsaregradskikh were arrested. The son was soon released (his case was separated into a separate proceeding), and his father was left under arrest and in 2012 was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for grievous bodily harm and beatings.

Finally, an optimistic message appeared on the Rozhany website: “The Tsaregradskikh family suffered greatly, both physically and mentally, but survived this difficult war in peacetime. At the beginning of 2012, the Rozhana Center gradually resumed its work, we are again conducting courses and trainings loved by young mothers, but now our workload is low and therefore all courses are read by Zhanna Vladimirovna Tsaregradskaya personally. " Around that time, a criminal case was initiated on the creation of a sect.

On September 15, 2013, it became finally clear that the announcement of the end of the “war” was premature. An announcement was posted on the center's website: “Attention! In connection with the reorganization of its activities, the Rozana Center needs assistants: an administrator and volunteers. " On September 20, Tsaregradskaya explained in her blog that on September 7 her son Peresvet was arrested as part of the case in which his father was convicted. The founder of the center emphasizes that a week before the arrest, she rewrote a piece of land in Nikolaevka to her son (which is now allegedly claimed by some representatives of the authorities who organize paid fishing in the neighborhood).

Thus, at present, the father of the Tsaregradsky family is serving time, one of the sons is under arrest, and the mother is under recognizance not to leave. Apparently, it is no longer necessary to talk about the continuation of Rozhana's activities. For better or worse, the story of a "destructive sect" - or a "useful social organization" - can be considered complete.

In Moscow, a major scandal erupted around the most famous center for perinatal education and breastfeeding support in Russia "Rozhana". The organization existed for more than 25 years, but shocking details of its work began to surface only now, when a criminal case was brought against the founder of the center, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya, under two articles: "Incitement to hatred or enmity" and "Creation of an organization that infringes upon the rights of citizens."

From the center of motherhood to the sect

Center "Rozhana" was founded by Tsaregradskaya in 1989. Over time, the organization became one of the most popular centers for "natural motherhood" in Russia, which promoted home childbirth and the refusal of medical services.

Soon the center "Rozhana" began to generate income and, as Tsaregradskaya claims, subsequent problems. According to her, ill-wishers tried to intercept the organization's financial flows and in every possible way hindered its activities. However, all these events were left without due attention of the media, writes "Lenta.ru".

For the first time, the Rozhana Center began to be called a sect in 2006. According to Zhanna Tsaregradskaya, this happened at the suggestion of Alexander Dvorkin, a famous writer and Orthodox fighter against sects. So, Tsaregradskaya and her wife Andrei began to be accused of pressure on women in labor with the help of the Christmas Tale trainings, which took place in the village of Nikolaevka at the so-called Dacha, a kind of branch of the center.

Internal conflict

According to Zhanna Tsaregradskaya, the criminal prosecution against her is connected with the events of 2010, when the administrators of the Rozhana center Viktoria Movlyaiko and Nigina Shivtsova decided to intercept her “business”. According to her, first they asked to transfer them the rights to organize, and after the refusal they declared "war". Thus, a number of media outlets criticized the center, and at the same time Movlyaiko and Shivtsova stole money, documents and part of the equipment from the organization. A few days later, Movlyaiko and her supporters announced at all that she was the new owner of Rozhana.

The beginning of the end was the incident that occurred on October 2, 2010, when Movlyaiko's associates reappeared in the center to allegedly pick up the things they had left. However, Andrei Tsaregradsky and his 16-year-old son Peresvet met the arrivals with shots from traumatic pistols. The Tsaregradskikh family claims that only their son shot and he acted in self-defense. But be that as it may, Andrei Tsaregradskiy was arrested for the shooting, and in 2012 received a prison sentence for causing grievous bodily harm.

In the same 2012, the “Rozhana” center, which had stopped working, announced its opening again. The message said that "trainings that are loved by young mothers" will be conducted personally by Zhanna Tsaregradskaya. At about the same time, law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case against the founder of the center and put her on the wanted list. At the same time, Tsaregradskaya continued to publish her reports on the unlawful persecution on the Internet.

On September 7, 2013 Peresvet Tsaregradskiy was arrested because of the events that took place in October 2010. According to Zhanna Vladimirovna, a week before the arrest, she rewrote the land plot in Nikolaevka, where Dacha is located, to her son. Allegedly, because of this, her son was arrested, since "some representatives of the authorities" want to organize paid fishing in the neighborhood. Tsaregradskaya herself was arrested on October 18. Now she is under recognizance not to leave.

The pregnant sect or useful organization

So what was really going on at the Rozhan motherhood center? According to "Komsomolskaya Pravda", up to 14 young mothers - supporters of "natural motherhood" could live at the "Dacha" in Nikolaevka. At numerous trainings and seminars, they were encouraged to give up childbirth in medical institutions, as well as work and education. At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaluga Region said that the center's specialists used methods of "mental violence" against women in labor, and sometimes it came to threats, blackmail and even beatings.

Not without victims. Thus, some clients of the Rozhany center write numerous complaints about its employees. One woman claims that during the sit-stand exercise, the center instructor forcibly bent and broke the leg of her 6-month-old baby. The second even stated that during the home birth, which took place under the supervision of a midwife from Rozhana, she had lost her child. The fruit was large and the contractions lasted two days. As a result, the baby fell into a coma and died, and the midwife fled.

Investigators will find out what the Rozhana Center really was. But now someone calls it "the sect of pregnant women", and someone "useful social organization." Be that as it may, but the further activity of this perinatal center is unlikely to be continued.
