How to make a postcard from paper on March 8. Different topics and different techniques

March 8 is the main women's holiday. On this day, everyone will give mothers, grandmothers, sisters and girlfriends cute, crafts and, of course, postcards from paper and cardboard, made by themselves in kindergarten, school or home. Look at what options of postcards are on our website, these are master classes from needlewomen and photos sent by our readers to, including in 2019.

Master class of Fun Polezhaeva. To begin with, we need to prepare the basis for a postcard. To do this, cut a rectangle of thick beige paper with a white pattern. From thinner paper also beige, we cut several strips 3 cm wide. Glue them together into one long strip. Then, using a figured hole punch, we will decorate one longitudinal edge of the resulting strip with an openwork pattern. Then stick this tape around the perimeter of the postcard. For contrast between the background of the card and decorative paper tape, glue narrow stripes of red paper - an impromptu ribbon.

While the base of the card will dry out, we will prepare elements for future decor. We will prepare a few cylindrical parts - these will be the middle of the flowers. They can be red, yellow or orange.

We cut the paper of orange, yellow and pink colors into short - 5-7 cm long - segments. We cut them on one long side - we get a kind of fringe. Glue the resulting blanks around the middle of the flowers, and when the flowers dry, fluff up their petals. In addition to flowers with centers, you also need to make several thinner flowers without centers, only from blanks with a fringed edge.

Using the simplest device - marking on thick cardboard and pins - you need to prepare several sheets of paper for green quilling.

There should be several leaves, of different sizes and can be of different shades.

When some of the elements have already been prepared, you can begin to design cards. First, draw a large pencil in the central part of the card with a simple pencil 8. Glue the prepared flowers in the upper right and lower left parts. Chrysanthemums with centers - along the contour of the number, and without centers - around the latter. After the flowers are glued, we supplement the bottom of the eight with curved leaves, and the top with contours of green paper.

As an additional decor for the postcard, you can use beads, as well as curly elements made of red cardboard with the help of a figured hole punch.

Supplement the card with green beads, as well as contrasting paper elements.

From light green paper, we will make several small (no more than 1 cm long) leaves, as well as curls, which will complement the card. You can also enter several curls of white paper. This will add lightness and tenderness to the work. In some places in the middle of curls you can glue pearl beads.

With a thin, simple pencil, write the words “C” and “March!” On the top left and bottom right of the postcard, so that the inscription “From March 8!” Was read on the postcard.

With dark green quilling paper we will carry out the inscription on the postcard. You can also glue colorful butterflies, and still do not forget to glue a cute bow made of burgundy paper in the upper left corner of our postcard.

Greeting card for March 8 is ready!

Interesting cards for mom can be made with the help of threads if the kindergarten teacher helps to cut out the desired template:

“Beloved mother”. Boginskaya Polina.
Greeting card. A4 format, the background is made of wax crayons, flowers from foamiran, stems and leaves from a napkin by twisting. A figure from color cardboard and threads.

An original children's card can be made using multi-colored and openwork napkins:

“A bouquet for mom.” Peskov Timothy.

The work is made of salt dough, colored paper, a bottle of yogurt. First, we form the flowers. We are waiting for the dough to dry and paint it with gouache paints. Glue half of the bottle of yogurt on colored cardboard, pre-paint it. We arrange our flowers, add leaves cut from colored paper. Our card for mom is ready!

“Volumetric postcard for March 8 from foamiran.” Sycheva Polina, Storchak Marina.
Postcards for March 8, modeled from foamiran, cardboard, ribbon, rhinestone. For flowers, strips are cut and curled into a bud. Then the card itself is modeled.

"Spring Bouquet." Dyatlov Dmitry.
The application is made of colored paper, cotton pads and cotton buds. We cut a cotton bud in half and paint it yellow. When it dries, insert it into the middle of a cotton pad rolled up by the corner. This is a calla flower. From colored paper, cut out elongated leaves and stems. We form a bouquet and paste it on a cardboard base. Spring bouquet for mom is ready!

Another option for a simple but very sweet card for every mother’s heart is from the palm of her beloved son or daughter.

“Postcard from March 8”. Filoretov Cyril.
On a white cardboard folded in half, the handle of the child is encircled, neatly cut out. Using colored and velvet paper, an application was made.

Beautiful card for girlfriend

For a girlfriend, you can make a card not with flowers, but, for example, with dresses (for the master classes below).

An interesting alternative to postcards on March 8 may be the “Funny Chocolate Chocolates” option. Solovieva Lyudmila.
This is a chocolate bar, packed in holiday packaging. The packaging is made of color cardboard, the drawings are printed on a color printer.

Heart Cards

On this spring holiday, the main gift is flowers, and a symbol of love is a heart, therefore postcards from March 8 in the form of a heart with flowers are the warmest and most sincere gift.

To make a postcard in technology, you will need strips of double-sided colored paper and a tool (you can use a thin knitting needle), and then it all depends on your imagination, for inspiration you can see the workshops on these photos:

By March 8, you can make an original postcard to mom or grandmother, the highlight of this gift will be a self-embroidered picture. Your relatives will be very touched by care and will appreciate your skills. Especially if it was they who taught you to embroider.

Volume cards for March 8

And in this master class we will make a simple postcard by March 8 from colored paper. You can do it with your children. Postcard from March 8 from colored paper is done very quickly. But it turns out bright and beautiful.

To make a postcard, we need:

  • Colored paper;
  • White cardboard;
  • Glue;
  • Scissors;
  • Ruler.

We start with the basics. We take a white cardboard and bend a piece of A4 in half. So that the postcard is not very high, you can cut it a little.
Now we need to cut 15 red strips. We cut off strips about 5-7 mm wide and 4 cm long. Instead of red paper, you can use any other bright and saturated color. Preferably, paper is double-sided.
Next, you need to glue the petal from each strip. Fold the strip in a loop and glue it from the bottom. It turns out a petal. We do all this with the rest of the stripes. Glue can use pencil or PVA. But it works most quickly with hot glue. And it holds the parts more securely.

Then we collect the flower. In total, there will be 3 flowers on the card. And each has 5 petals. Glue the first flower to the card. First we glue 2 petals, then add 3 more. It turns out such a flower.

After that we glue 2 more flowers. The middle flower can be positioned slightly higher than the rest. So the bouquet will look much better.

Now make the core. We will make it out of yellow paper. But you can also take white paper.
Cut a strip 5-6 cm long and 5 mm wide. Then we will make frequent cuts along this strip. And with the help of scissors, we slightly bend the resulting incisions back.

Twist the middle so that the teeth look sideways. And fix with glue.

Glue the cores to the flowers. And take the green paper. We cut out thin stems for flowers. And also glue them to the card. So we formed a small bouquet of paper flowers.

Now make 3 leaves. Bend the green paper. The fold is the middle of the leaf. Cut a leaf. It should be slightly elongated.
Glue a couple of leaves below the flowers and somewhere above. Leaflets can be made and more.

Very voluminous postcards can be made with Such bouquets of corrugated paper will require more time, but the result is worth it!

Origami Cards

Cards with dresses

What is a cocktail party?
This is a fun party for friends or colleagues for a solemn occasion or for no reason at all! Such a party can be bright, explosive and juicy!
But the cocktail dress should be original and stylish.

Show master class

Here are the materials we need to work:

  • basis for a postcard or a sheet of cardboard of a light shade;
  • bright colored paper;
  • scissors;
  • ruler;
  • pencil;
  • glue;
  • decorative ribbon for decoration.

To begin with, we will make a blank for the dress from colored paper. To do this, draw with a pencil and a ruler, and then carefully cut a 10 * 10 cm square.
Now gently bend the resulting square in half and again in half.

Next, make bends on each side. To do this, fold the square two times along the central fold, first inward, then outward, as in the photo.

Now we fold the workpiece as shown in the photo.

To make the dress lush, you need to push the outer corners to the sides, carefully making small folds in the area of \u200b\u200bthe central transverse fold.

To draw the neckline, note 1/3 from the top to the middle. Make a bend.

Then we reverse the resulting bend and form the corners, as shown in the photo.

Now you need to gently bend the corners down.

Then you should turn the corners up and turn the workpiece over.

Gently bend the resulting angle to the wrong side, as shown in the photo.

Now you need to mark the waistline. To do this, you need to make a fold accordion in the middle.

To make the dress fitted, you need to carefully bend 0.2-0.4 mm to the wrong side, as shown in the photo. Particular attention should be paid to the corners at the waist.

We turn the blank over and we will make a bow on the upper part of the bodice.
To do this, expand the small angles at 45 * and turn the resulting rhombuses so that they get the bow petals.

Dress is done!
It remains to draw up the front of the card. To do this, use a decorative ribbon. Cut off the necessary amount of tape from it and glue it on one side of the card.
We prepare a congratulation and glue it. We position the dress and fix it with glue.

Bright party dress is ready!
This card will be a wonderful gift for the holiday.
Any woman will be pleased to receive such a congratulation!
We wish you success!

  • blue and cyan colored paper;

Our dress will consist of two parts: bodice and skirt.

First you need to carefully outline with the ruler and pencil the middle of the square (vertical line). Now we need to fold to the middle of each side of the square. We look at the photo.

2. Then add the resulting rectangle in half.

Happy holiday to you, dear mothers, grandmothers, beautiful girls and lovely girls!

A postcard in which a drop of soul and human warmth has been invested is much more appreciated. This is a very pleasant and touching gift for our mothers and grandmothers, all the more so since the occasion obliges us to March 8th. We suggest making some really beautiful and uncomplicated options with us: how do you, for example, a card for March 8 from cardboard?

Volume cards for March 8

You will need:

  • a set of multi-colored paper;
  • glue (preferably glue stick);
  • adhesive tape (always double-sided).

Getting started:

For convenience, we have designated the details of our future postcard in Latin letters. So, we begin with the fact that seven squares are cut out of colored paper (the size of each is ten centimeters). Next, all the squares are added four times. We fold one lapel diagonally, turn it over and similarly fold the next lapel. So we get a triangle (see photo). Further, a petal is cut out of our triangle. Now colored paper can be expanded and one petal. We close the flower and apply petals on all sides, all this is held together with glue. We repeat the same thing several times - the number of colors on the card may be at your discretion.

Now a small piece of adhesive tape is attached to our petals (we recall that we use only double-sided tape). Now the flowers are connected to each other: flowers C and B should overlap the petal marked A. As for the petal under the letter D, it goes above and overlaps A. Flowers F and E are superimposed on C and B.

Go ahead: focus on the photo tutorial. We attach part G on top and overlay it on part D. Now you can cut several sheets of green paper. You can attach leaflets to flowers with double-sided tape. Now we take a sheet of cardboard and cut out a small rectangle from it (approximate size is twenty-five by fifteen centimeters). We double the triangle - this is how we get the blank for the future postcard. Our voluminous flowers are placed inside it, attached using tape, tightly pressed. Now open the card and repeat the same. Congratulations, the excellent version of the card for March 8 is ready for your grandmother or mother!

Complex, but very beautiful card for mom on March 8

You will need:

  • sharp scissors;
  • adhesive tape: knife (clerical);
  • pencil; glue;
  • some color cardboard (pink and red);
  • some scrap paper; beautiful picture (in our version - a cute girl in retro style);
  • napkin (necessarily openwork);
  • little things for decoration: a little lace, flowers, paper curls, feathers and so on.
  • As you read in the subtitle, making this card will not be so easy - we will work in two stages. However, do not hesitate - the result will pleasantly surprise you! Carefully follow the photo instructions.

Getting started:

Stage 1.

  • The blank of the future postcard is cut out of red cardboard. You can choose the size yourself, we offer 16x17 centimeters.
  • A rectangle is cut out of pink cardboard. Please note that this part should be few millimeters smaller than the red blank.
  • A rectangle is also cut out of scrap paper. It is also less by a couple of millimeters, but already a pink blank.
  • All blanks are glued together, as in the photo below.
  • Proceed to decorate the postcard. First, glue the lace at the bottom of the card. Next, paper curls and lace napkins are used.

Stage 2.

  • The main postcard is being laid aside. Now we make a "daughter".
  • Your lovely design is pasted onto a substrate in the form of red cardboard.
  • Now pink cardboard comes into play: a small blank is made of it, as in the picture. It can be decorated with red patterns, which, by the way, can be gracefully drawn with an ordinary gel pen.
  • The pattern on the substrate is glued to a small blank. On both sides of a small postcard we glue small pieces of ribbon.
  • A small postcard sticks to a large one.
  • In the corner of the postcard you can glue a couple of artificial flowers. Done! Such amazingly beautiful cards can be for March 8 to a colleague or beloved sister.

Spring cards for March 8 from paper

You will need:

Getting started:

We make a blank of the future postcard from color cardboard. From white and light green sheets of paper, we cut out the details so that one eventually turns out to be slightly smaller than the other.

White paper sticks to light green, after which all this is attached to our main blank. As for white paper, it can be safely tinted a little or draw a pattern on it in gentle colors.

From the remnants of cardboard and paper, we make small labels (see the photo below). All labels stick together, make a hole in them. Now, a small cut is made at the bottom of our future spring card. He is needed in order to be able to pass through it a lace ribbon.

A little above the braid we can glue a couple of artificial flowers. In the middle of the flowers, it will be appropriate to add beads. Final touches: we pass our rope through the hole in the label. The rope is tied in a bow, all this is glued to the card in the upper right corner. By the way, on the label you can write touching words of congratulations. If you are interested in card templates for March 8, then this lesson may be useful to you - there can be a ton of options for how to decorate such a card and in what color it can be done!

Master class: card for March 8 with hearts

You will need:

  • a set of colored paper;
  • a piece of thick paper;
  • sharp scissors;
  • good glue.

Getting started:

Note that you can draw hearts yourself, but it is important to remember some rules (they are described below).

  • So, we begin with the fact that we take out a big heart from the middle (as you can see, it is located immediately on the fold).
  • Now we cut out the hearts, however, in no case do we touch the places of their bending (as in the picture below).
  • On the hearts, incisions are made in the indicated places. Note that the gray lines are on opposite hearts. So you will be able to fasten them.
Important! Our bulky postcard will close much better if you cut paper at the fold in the center. And the hearts should be individually glued to the base, which is the background of our postcard.
  • Halves stick to the base, hearts connect. Remember that the sizes of hearts must be the same on both sides.
Important! See the blue line in our diagram? It indicates the distance from the notch to the fold. It should be the same.

DIY postcards for March 8: a very non-standard option!

You will need:

  • yellow petals (about eighteen pieces);
  • two circles (note that they must be of different sizes);
  • green sunflower leaves;
  • a pot where we will “plant” a sunflower;
  • some straw, which will also decorate our custom volume card.

Getting started:

On each petal, gently draw a border of dark dots. The points should look as natural as possible. To do this, the petals can be bent in half. Now we take a large circle of paper and glue nine or eight petals to it. This will be the first layer, all other petals are superimposed on top.

As for the small circle, it sticks to the center of our sunflower. We also need a stem. It can be done simply: for example, wrap a cocktail tube with colored paper of the corresponding color. Wishes to beloved mom are written on sunflower leaves. Not a postcard, but a delight!

Original cards on March 8: nothing is easier

You will need:

  • white, green and brown paint;
  • brush;
  • a sheet of cardboard.

This card is made in just a couple of minutes! If there are children in the house, we recommend that you attach them to the process. When they say “the warmth of the hands has been preserved in it”, it’s for sure about this postcard, because we start by dipping a finger in brown paint and pressing it firmly on our paper. We carefully draw the stem of future flowers with a brush.

Do not proceed to the next step until the brown paint dries. Now we take the white paint and carefully dip the little finger into it. With the help of simple movements, we make our dandelion fluffy.
