Knitted a similar product for the first time.

A friend saw a photo on the Internet and was very passionate about acquiring oneself. And since she does not know how to knit, she asked me to tie.

And so the experiment began. And how the New Year's clothes for a bottle got knitted, I described how I could. I tried in more detail and clearly.

New Year's clothes for a bottle - how to knit

1 row - we knit with white yarn: from 53 air loops, close in a ring, i.e. we knit a connecting column in the first loop of the chain.

What a New Year without Santa Claus and Snow Maiden? This is undoubtedly the most important attribute of the holiday! And how sorry we are to part after the holiday with our favorite characters! But in our power to make sure thatSanta Claus and Snegurochka did not melt either in spring or summer, but pleased us all year round.

I propose to connect the elegant New Year's costumes of Grandfather and Granddaughter, which can be worn on any bottles of drinks, or you can just fill it with syntepon, and then you get a doll. In addition, these outfits can be used an unlimited number of times, as they are easily removed and put on.

In this workshop I “dress up” champagne bottles. They can be placed under the tree, and then on the table. In addition, your friends will undoubtedly be delighted if you give them such a New Year's souvenir.

So for knitting Santa Claus and Snow Maiden on a bottle of champagne we will need:

2 bottles of champagne (or lemonade);
yarn of red color (preferably with golden lurex) for Santa Claus;
yarn of blue color (also preferably with lurex, but silver) for the Snow Maiden;
grass yarn of white color to create fur;
yarn to create a braid for the Snow Maiden (what hair color do you prefer, and take such yarn);
crochet hook No. 2-2,5;
knitting needles No. 2-2,5 for knitting weed;
golden decorative tape to decorate Grandfather's fur coat;
silver or embroidered decorative braid for my Snow Maiden;
decorations in the form of snowflakes, flowers or any other decorations of your choice for sticking on fur coats

Braid and bought at your discretion. In principle, it is possible without them, but it will turn out not so beautiful. Fur coats are knitted from the bottom up. We begin our work by knitting a fur coat for Santa Claus. From red yarn (and for the Snow Maiden from blue) we crochet a chain of air loops. The chain should be as long as the bottom diameter of your bottle.

Therefore, we attach the chain to the lower edge of the bottle and look: as soon as it completely grasps the bottle, we close the chain into a ring. Please note that the obtained ring from the air loops can be removed from the bottle if necessary, but at the same time so that it is not too weak.

Next, we knit one hoop air loop and knit in a circle around SC 2-3 rows. You can knit the entire fur coat with single crochet, but it will be much faster after the third row to switch to single crochet. In this work, I did just that: starting from the third row we knit in a circle with columns with one crochet, not forgetting about 2 air lifting loops at the beginning of each new row.

In the process of knitting, we often try on our future fur coat on a bottle to make sure that it (the fur coat) fits the size of our champagne. We knit in this way until the bottle begins to taper. Next, we begin to reduce the number of crochet columns as follows: in one row we knit 2 columns less than in the previous one (for example, we remove 1 column at the beginning of the row and 1 column in the middle of the row).

We knit the next row without decrease. Then again we reduce by 2 columns. Make sure that the reductions are made evenly, i.e. each time it is advisable to decrease in different places in a row. So the decrease will be less noticeable.

And once again I remind you: do not forget to try on your fur coat on a bottle more often, especially when diminishing! We alternate rows with decreases and without decreases until you decide that you have reached the gate, i.e. the fur coat is ready. We tie and cut the thread.

Now we begin to knit a blank for the hat (for Grandfather - red yarn, and for the Snow Maiden - blue). We knit a chain of 3-4 air loops, close it into a ring with a connecting column.

1 row: 2 lifting air loops and knit 6 single crochet into a ring. We close the row with the help of conn.

2 row: 2 lift air loops; and now we knit 2 single crochet stitches in each loop. Those. we had 6 loops, and now it's 12

3 row: you need to add 6 columns again. To do this, we make an increase once: we knit a column, in the second we make an increase, the third we knit without an increase, in the fourth we make an increase. T.O. should get 18 loops. We close them using connect.

4th row: also add 6 columns evenly.

Try on our bottom to the very top of the neck of the bottle. As soon as you see that the size is already enough, you can begin to knit the sides of the cap.To do this, we continue to knit in a circle with crochets, but just stop making increases. Again: try on the neck of the bottle and look. If the depth of the cap suits you, then we tie and cut the thread.Santa Claus hat almost ready.

We put a hat on a bottle. The result is such a blank.

We make the exact same workpiece to create the Snow Maiden. Now we knit with a knitting pattern “elastic band” (1 person., 1 life.) From the grass we knit fur for a hat and a fur coat. For a hat, we knit 6-8 loops on the knitting needles and knit with an elastic band to such a length that is needed to sew the bottom of the hat. We attach to the cap and look. If the length is sufficient, then close the row. Likewise, for decorating a fur coat. We knit with an elastic band, apply to the bottom of the fur coat, close the row.

For the fur of the collar we dial 10-12 loops on the knitting needles. And then also with an elastic band to the desired length. Close the row.

All details are ready. Now we sew fur and decorative braid to the cap and fur coat. At Santa Claus, we first sew the fur, and only then the golden braid. For the Snow Maiden, it is better to do otherwise: first sew the embroidered braid, and then the fur.

And do not forget that the Snow Maiden should have a braid! To do this, we cut the yarn of golden or another (whatever you like) color into strips of the required length and braid them in a braid. Sew the braid to the cap of our snowball.

We finish our christmas bottle decoration by gluing or sewing (I sewed) snowflake decorations on both fur coats. These are so beautiful Santa Claus and Snow Maiden on a bottle of champagne we did it! In this master class, I will tell you how to decorate champagne for the New Year. It will be removable clothing for champagne, stylized as Santa Claus and Snow Maiden.

Before, to decorate champagne with ribbons, I made clothes for champagne not removable. But I always felt sorry that such beauty was intended only for one evening. I wondered how to decorate champagne so that it could be used every year. You also need to choose a jewelry that will never get bored.

And the simplest answer is Santa Claus.

So really! Why not make a removable decoration for a bottle of champagne in the form of Santa Claus?

To decorate champagne, we need:

champagne;
felt red and white;
pencil and ruler, lighter, scissors;
slanting inlay of red color 10 m;
red ribbon shir. 2.5 cm - 2 m;
lace, sequins, half beads;
an egg from a kinder for a cap of Santa Claus;
glue Moment (gel) I work only him. You can take any other that you are used to.

To begin with, we make the base cylinder for champagne. We take felt 20x30cm., Such a piece of felt is just suitable for champagne. We try on a rectangle on a bottle and glue it, but so that the cylinder would easily put on and take off the bottle. I glued a satin ribbon butt.

Now we make shoulders: we cut the felt vertically to the place where the bottle becomes straight. These strips were cut off on the sides on both sides (shown by the black line in the photo) to make the cover look like a bottle.

The most important thing is to make a beautiful shape of the blank for decoration, so that it is even, easy to put on and take off. At first I made it out of paper, but there are tubercles on the blank and they are very clearly visible. Then it is very difficult to hide. I decided to try with felt and did not lose. Of course, there is a bit more work, but it's worth it. The basis was smooth. Another plus of the felt, it stretches, if during the braiding of the bottle you pull the tape a little, then along with the felt you can adjust the size a little.

We begin to create a design. We begin to braid with a slanting inlay our workpiece. Nevertheless, try not to tighten the tape so that the form can be easily removed.

After gluing several strips, you can cut the neck, then we will process it.

I put glue in the middle of the slanting inlay so that it glues to felt, and not to the inlay. And so it is unlikely that the glue will “creep out”.

Do everything carefully, take your time, see that your tape is glued just above the middle of the previous strip. If you want the strips to be wider, then you need to glue in the middle.

Why do I like to use a slanting inlay? Because it lays well, does not “bulge out”, it is much more difficult to work with ribbons.

I glue the gel using the “Moment” glue, applying it all over the strip. Many use Titanium glue or its analogues. You already decide which glue is more convenient for you to work with or which glue you are used to.

We will handle the collar with the same oblique hem.

And now the most interesting and enjoyable - we create the image of Santa Claus.

We cut off strips of white felt 2.5 cm wide. There should be three of them: on the neck, on the bottom and on the front (where there will be buttons).

We cut the strips of lace along the length equal to the segments of felt, on the front you need two strips of lace, because frill will be on both sides. In general, there should be 4 stripes

I first glued lace to felt. And then I glued felt on the bottle.

First of all, we glue the bottom, then a vertical strip, and then the collar.

This is how the clothes of Santa Claus look from behind.

We make a hat from an egg from a kinder. We glue the big half with an inlay, decorate with a strip of white felt and a half-bead. You can also make a hat out of felt. It is done simply. We take a piece of red felt 12x5 cm, sides 5 cm. Sew vertically overlap or glue. We collect the upper cut on a thread and sew a pompon from yarn, it is possible without it. The bottom cut is decorated with white felt.

Now we make buttons: we glue sequins in the form of snowflakes, and on them are half beads. Buttons are ready.

Christmas decoration for champagne "Santa Claus" is ready.

It’s good if Santa Claus has a Snow Maiden. Just decorate the second bottle of champagne in blue. Let these favorite characters decorate your New Year's table!
