Crocheted accessories for dollhouse. Knitting for the home. Crochet doll with a set of clothes

In this simple workshop we propose to knit an elegant rug for a dollhouse. Please your baby (daughter, granddaughter, niece ...) - because little girls love all sorts of cute things for dolls. And what is a dollhouse without a rug?

The mat for the doll house will be crocheted. We take out the leftovers from the bins. Need it will be quite a bit. If the thickness of the yarn will be different, then this is not important. It is only necessary that the selected colors of the pattern are in harmony with the existing doll furniture.

The proposed model of the carpet is knitted from the wool of three bright colors: white, red and yellow.

First, we crochet small rectangles according to scheme No. 1. In total, four white, four red and one yellow fragment will need to be connected.

  Scheme 1

We lay out the rectangles, as shown in diagram number 2. After that, we connect the fragments together using a yellow thread.

  Scheme 2

We knit the mat like this:

1st p. - yellow, columns;

2nd p. - white, double crochet;

3rd r. - in red, columns.

At the corners, you need to add 2 loops so that the mat has rounded edges and does not wrap. To give the knitting a prettier look, it should be slightly steamed. Our knitted doll mat is ready!

Knitting for the home of many is so inspiring that starting to knit blankets, napkins, flowers, rugs, many can not just stop. Even if you think that knitting for home is not very practical, I’m ready to argue with you, but what about knitted grandmother's rugs, this is a useful use of thread and a very practical rug. And what can you say about rugs knitted from multi-colored squares, in my opinion it’s simply impossible not to pay attention to such knitting. And if you don’t know how to decorate your home in an unusual way, then start with home knitting.

From time immemorial, the border has been considered the knitting element that gives any product true tenderness and sophistication. With its help, decorate any crocheted things - from clothing to kitchen accessories (napkins, tablecloths, towels, curtains and much more). Moreover, not only finished knitted items are tied with a decorative border. Openwork lace, knitted along the free edge of the fabric, can breathe new life into an old, long-forgotten thing from a women's or children's wardrobe.

  The skilled craftswoman of hook needlework will “put” any little thing on the cover - from her favorite smartphone to a cute vase that acts as a decor in the corner of the room. Although, according to the degree of complexity of knitting, covers belong to those items that lend themselves even to beginners who first hold a hook in their hands.

Kitchen hand-made is especially popular these days. Unusual decorative elements created for the kitchen with their own hands are not only an original decoration of the interior, but also a chance for the needlewoman to fully show imagination and creative abilities. The most common hand-made little things for the kitchen, which can easily be done with your own hands, are considered to be tacks. There are plenty of methods and materials from which kitchen potholders are created, however, crocheted products look especially cute and so at home.

  Homeliness consists of thousands of little things, most of which you can easily create with your own hands. Knitted pillows are that home accessory, which no true needlewoman will indulge in pleasure.

Squares are rightfully considered one of the most popular motifs in needlework. The demand for squares is explained quite simply - they are unusually simple to manufacture, and also convenient in terms of connecting square parts into a single piece of canvas.

Tags:

It's no secret that the hook is a rather multifunctional tool, with which you can knit not only exquisite models of clothing or bright interior items, but also such important home things as fluffy washcloths for showers or baths and even for washing dishes.

The technique of knitting a flat circle is one of the most important foundations of hook needlework. Mastery in a circular way opens up great opportunities for beginners to knit the first real work - napkins, potholders, hot coasters and even tablecloths. Moreover, most of the patterns from which garments are knitted are built on a circular method or round motifs, which subsequently combine into a single piece.

  Crocheted flowers are one of the favorite topics of needlewomen, because with the help of such a decorative element you can transform a lot of things, from clothes to interior items. Knitted rose is the queen of flowers, not only in nature, but also in crocheted needlework. There are simply an incredible number of crochet variations of roses, perhaps this magnificent flower won the heart of more than one noble craftswoman!

A half-timbered knitted New Year's house will charm both a little girl and a romantic girl.

Volumetric details - beams, coniferous garlands with toys. Removable “tiled” roof with chimney. Inside the house there are pink and lilac knitted walls. Doorway. A knitted Santa Claus with gifts is climbing on the wall. Santa comes unfastened (on buttons).

The house can become a cozy home for a doll (medium sized baby doll) or just decorate the interior.

Great Christmas present.

With small changes, it can easily turn into a summer house with flowers on the windows and a chimney sweep on the roof.

Materials:cardboard box - the base, a piece of cardboard on the roof, yarn of milk, red, yellow, brown, white.

Pins, thick “gypsy” needle, curved needle, “Velcro” - 2-3 cm, 2 buttons.

Knitting needles, hook. The number of knitting needles and hook depends on the thickness and quality of the yarn.

Dimensions: side of the house = 13 cm. Maximum height with roof = 23 cm. Pipe height = 2.5 to 4 cm. Santa Claus = 10 cm.

The toy is knitted and crocheted.

Legend:

VP - air loop
  RLS - SC

Master Class:

1. The basis of the house.

Take a cardboard box. It is desirable that the cardboard is sufficiently dense. I have a thermos box.

We draw directly on the box the silhouette of the conceived house. Denote the doorway, windows, roof slope. Cut the workpiece. You can cut with scissors, but it is more convenient with a special cutter for cardboard (sold in hardware stores).

   I cut out only the doorway, I decided not to cut the windows.

2. We count the number of loops on the walls.

Attention! The diagram shows the general structure of the final part. Both the scale and proportions will be different each time (it all depends on the particular base box).

   The general scheme of a knitted wall with the direction of knitting.

Fit first part a (marked in pink on the diagram), then tied to it part B (indicated in green on the diagram).

A) measure the length of each wall (not on the diagram, but on a real cardboard base!). I had it 12 cm.

B)   We calculate the perimeter (this is the sum of the lengths of all walls). I have = 12 + 12 + 12 + 12 = 48 cm.

IN) We knit a sample to determine the density of knitting. Knitting - the front surface.

The number of needles will depend on the thickness of the selected yarn. My yarn was of medium thickness, number 3 knitting needles. I scored 20 loops, knitted 10 rows. 20 loops gave 10 cm. The knitting density was 1 cm = 2 loops.

D) The final number of loops for the set = 2 loops × 48 cm = 96 loops.

I discarded 6 loops, as the knitted fabric should be on the base a little stretch.

3. So, we knit the walls (2 parts - front and inside).

Knitting needles. We collect 90 loops and knit a rectangle with the front surface. The color of the yarn is milky. In the diagram - part A. The direction of knitting is shown by a black arrow.

Next, we knit the triangular parts (under the roof). The direction of knitting in the diagram is shown by red arrows. Divide 90 loops into 4 parts (I have these parts equal, since all sides of the house are the same length). I distributed 90 loops like this: 23 loops + 22 loops + 23 loops + 22 loops.

In segments No. 2 and No. 4, the loops are closed. Sections No. 1 and No. 3 are knitted each separately. To make a triangle, at the beginning of each row we knit 2 loops together, that is, we make a decrease.

   Associated Part A.

4. We knit part B.

First, we determine the place for the doorway and calculate the number of loops for the set. I decided that my door would be under the triangular part.

23 loops (the number of loops on the triangular side) is divided into 3 parts = 8 loops + 7 loops + 8 loops.

7 hinges - doorway. The rest is the front surface.

We collect the front loops of the part A. 75 loops (22 loops + 23 loops + 22 loops + 8 loops). We knit the front surface with milk-colored yarn.

You can knit to the bottom, but I decided to make a strip of “foundation” below, so I knitted the last 3 centimeters with gray yarn (see description below).

We tie part of the wall behind the doorway.

The photograph below shows the part already stretched over the frame. I apologize: I forgot to photograph the front of the wall. What the part as a whole should look like (part A and part B) can be understood from the inside pink part of the house (see below).

   The junction of part A and part B is almost invisible.

4a. Foundation:

knitted with gray yarn convex pearl viscous:

1 row: * 2 front, 2 wrong *
  2 row: according to the drawing
  3 row: * 2 wrong side, 2 front *
  4 row: according to the drawing
  Close all the loops.

5. We knit the inside of the house in the same way.

You can make a monophonic option, you can make the walls in 2 colors. I made part A pink, part B purple.

An important point! The inner side fits in a mirror image. With further stitching, the parts will fold together on the wrong side.

   The inside of the house (mirrored in relation to the front).

6. Connection of parts.

We fix the front and inner parts of the house with pins on the frame. The canvas should be tight.

   Leave the house for a couple of days in this form - the canvas will stretch. It can be put for a couple of hours in a humid room (bathroom, kitchen).

If, when pulling the canvas, the frame of the house suddenly bends or breaks (this happens with cardboard), do not be lazy - stick another layer of cardboard on the frame. A shoe box will do.

6a. When the canvas stretches a little, remove the pins.

We connect the front and inner sides of the house (upper part) of the RLS. We hook both parts at once. See the photo below.

   We connect the top of the details with single crochet columns.

We perform a side seam.

We put the bound house on the frame (top to bottom). We tie the bottom (including the doorway) similarly to the top.

   We sew through the ends of the house with a thick needle so that the canvas stretches well along the walls.

7. Roof

3 parts - 2 front and one internal. Hook.

A) We make a rectangular cardboard frame. A fold line runs through the middle of the part.

B) We knit the front "tiled" side of the viscous "crocodile skin".

Crocodile skin workshop, see.

To "tile" looked down on both sides, each side of the roof slope is knitted separately. Then both “tiled” parts are turned inside out to each other and connected together by the RLS (see photo below).

IN) We knit the inside of the roof with yarn of a different color. I have a burgundy. We connect the external and internal sides: we tie the parts along the perimeter of the RLS, capturing both parts at the same time. Do not forget to insert the cardboard frame inside!

You can make a monophonic roof, I knitted alternately either a red row or an orange. It looks very picturesque. The house is ready. Remained exterior decor.

8. Beams (half-timbered construction).

Hook. Thick yarn is dark brown. We knit VP chains of the desired length.

    It looks like an “estimate”.

When the final option is selected, we begin to sew the connected beams to the base. It is convenient to use a special curved needle. These are sold in needlework stores.

   A curved needle will greatly facilitate the sewing of beams to the walls.

When distributing the beams, do not forget about the openings for the windows.

   The sides of the house with sewn beams.

9. Windows (2 parts).

Knitting needles. Yarn is yellow.

We knit the front surface for two rectangles of the desired size. We embroider a white thick thread frame on each rectangle. Sew the windows to the base with the same white thread.

   Window.

10. Coniferous garlands.

Hook. Yarn - "grass" of dark green color. We knit VP chains of the required length, we knit a series of RLS along the chain.

1 garland on the doorway, 2 garlands for windows.

   Sew garlands to the house.

We sew multi-colored beads on garlands.

11. Roof mounts.

Sew "Velcro" to the roof and the house.

   Velcro will help the roof to hold on to the base.

12. The chimney.

Hook. Yarn - brick-colored cotton.

First, the canvas is knitted, then it is sewn and the top is tied to the pipe - a lapel.

   Chimney.

We knit a chain of 10 VP.

  • 1 - 5 row:   1 lifting loop, RLS
  • 6 row: "Step of the dog"
  • 7 row (behind the back wall of the “brisket step” or grasping the columns of the previous row from the wrong side): 1 increase in the first loop, then RLS
  • 8 row:
  • 9 row: 1 loop of rise, 1 increase in the first loop, further RLS
  • 10 row: 1 lifting loop, RLS, in the last loop - an increase
  • 11 row: 1 increase in the first loop, then RLS
  • 12 row: "Step of the dog"
  • 13 row (behind the back wall of the "brisket step" or grasping the columns of the previous row from the wrong side): RLS
  • 14 - 17 row:   Sc
  • 18 row: "Step of the dog"
  • 19 row (behind the back wall of the "crustacean step" or grasping the columns of the previous row from the wrong side):
  • 20 row: RLS, at the end of the row - a decrease
  • 21 row: 1 decrease at the very beginning, then RLS
  • 22 row: RLS, at the end of the row - a decrease
  • 23 row: 1 decrease at the very beginning, then RLS

We tie the upper part of the pipe (flat) from the front side in a circle.

  • 1st row:   Sc
  • 2 - 3 row:   RLS, at the corners of 1 increase
  • 4 row:   Sc

We unscrew the upper part of the pipe and knit a circular row of “crab step” (as if on the wrong side). Sew the pipe to the roof.

   I tried to remove a knitted pipe against the background of the same real pipes. Alas, the house itself is not in a half-timbered style!

13. Santa Claus.

I really like these street decorations: Santa Claus, Santas, who climb the wall, sit on the roof by the chimney, hang on the rope stairs. I decided to decorate my house with such a figure.

   The figurine is assembled from separate parts, knitted and crocheted.

Sew buttons on the gloves to Santa Claus and the house. At any time, Santa can be removed and moved, for example, to the roof to the chimney.

   Santa Claus climbs on the roof.

I did not begin to describe in detail how to tie such a Santa. The master class has already turned out to be voluminous. If someone needs a description, write in the comments - I will add. I have notes left.

   The house is ready. Decor can be completely different: Christmas trees, snowmen, tinsel. The back side of the house. A little "snow", Santa's staff at the entrance - and here is the New Year! Tie up your Christmas house!

In compiling this collection, we could not think that on the Internet, there are so many different crocheted dolls.

What skills do you need to crochet a doll?

  1. Firstly, it is worth learning to knit the “amigurumi ring”, because almost all parts of small toys are knitted on its basis. Thanks to this method, there are no holes at the base of the round parts. And these toys look much neater.
  2. Secondly, you need to be able to knit in a spiral, without lifting loops. When you knit a part with lifting loops with single crochet columns, the so-called seam remains. Sometimes it can be hidden, for example, on the head under the doll’s hair, and on the arms and legs it will not look professional.
  3. Thirdly, you need to decide on the eyes, what kind of eyes you will make the doll. No wonder they say that the eyes are a mirror of the soul. It is from the eyes that the realism of the finished toy, its soul, will depend. To begin with, you can make bead eyes, buy ready-made eyes in the store. But the top of perfection will be embroidered eyes or drawn in a special technique. Some needlewomen share their secrets for creating eyes. You can find such videos on youtube.
  4. Fourth, to create a wire-frame doll, you will have to understand the basics of working with wire.
  5. Fifth, you will need a desire and a good mood! And also our selection to help you. Of course, we could not embrace all the dolls knitted by needlewomen and shown on the open spaces of our and foreign Internet. But we tried to show some interesting specimens. The main thing is that to all of them there is a detailed description and schemes.

Dolls presented in our selection:

  • soft, they can’t stand themselves
  • wire-frame dolls (inside they have a wire frame, they can not be given to small children)
  • interior dolls
  • small dolls - amigurumi
  • large dolls, most often without a frame
  • dolls - animals
  • dolls girls and dolls boys
  • fabulous, cartoon characters (like Santa Claus or Pinocchio).

Dolls are loved not only by children, but also by adults. Such a toy can be a great gift for your family and friends. Many needlewomen even successfully earn on the sale of their dolls.

Fairytale crochet houses for wizards, gnomes and fairies

on the heating pad there are a lot of small parts that are best made from thin yarn. Therefore, in order to tie and sew all this beauty, it will take quite a lot of time and patience.

But it is precisely these details that will make your house one and only.

I got such a heating pad!

Materials:

  • yarn of different colors and thickness;
  • black yarn for windows;
  • brown yarn for the door;
  • thin yarn (cotton is best suited - “iris”, “chamomile”, “coco”, “rose”) for flowers and leaves;
  • beads, beads, sequins and the like for finishing the product;
  • a wire and two beads for the eyes of a snail;
  • filler for the body of a snail;

Read more about yarn in the text.

  • glue "Crystal moment" or other universal transparent glue;
  • monofilament or thin thread in the color of yarn (it is convenient to use a mouline thread of different colors).

Optional:

  • acrylic paints;
  • charms (metal pendants in the form of a lock, key, teapot).

Instruments:

  • crochet hooks;
  • sewing needles;
  • a needle with a big eye (the so-called "gypsy");
  • brushes for acrylic paints.

Terms in the text:

  • increase   - two columns in one loop; decrease   - we knit two loops together;
  • amigurumi ring - on the finger we wind the yarn (two turns), we tie the resulting ring with columns without a crochet. Remove from the finger and tighten by pulling on the free end of the thread.

We knit the parts of the heating pad in a spiral, that is, without lifting loops (unless otherwise indicated).

Acrylic, semi-woolen or wool yarn of medium thickness is best suited for the warmer base.

Yarn Alize ecolana   (100% wool, 220 m / 100 g), Alize lanagold   (wool mixture, 240 m / 100 g), Alize fine   (half-wool, 390 m / 100 g) in two threads.

Roof

Attention! We knit for the back half loop.

1) We knit six single crochet into an amigurumi ring (first row).

We knit five rows, making one increase through a row, starting from the second row.

Next, we knit several rows, making one increase in each row. The number of rows depends on what height you want to make the top of the roof. The photo shows how long the crown of my heating pad turned out after I knitted 12 rows (photo A).

Then we knit, making two increases in a row, three increases and so on (photo B).

In the course of knitting we try on the roof of the kettle.

And now, our roof has become like a wizard's hat and completely covers the lid of the kettle (in my case, also the sides).

Now we knit, making six increases in each row, forming the fields of the hat (I forgot to take a picture, but the following photos show what happens in the end).

Do not get carried away too much! Fields should not cover the spout and interfere with the handle!

We finish knitting with a connecting column. We do not cut the thread.

The roof we get with a “ribbed” pattern due to the untied front half loops.

2) We unfold the knitting and knit the connecting posts on these untied half loops, moving to the beginning of knitting (photo AB).

Having finished knitting, we leave a long "tail" of yarn.

The tail is tucked into the needle and passed along the entire fabric to the edge of knitting.

Tighten so that the crown is bent. We fix the knot on the wrong side of the knitting (photo A).

3) We tie the edge of the roof with yarn of a different color. I made a strapping in two threads, single crochet, yarn Alize softy (100% micropolyester) (photo B).

The roof is ready!

The base of the house

1) We put the roof on the teapot and with pins mark the places where the roof is in contact with the teapot.

2) We turn the knitting inside out and, along the circle marked with pins, we knit a series of connecting posts (chain stitch) with the same yarn with which the roof was knitted (shown in gray in the photo).

If you, like me, knitted the roof in two threads, then make a chain stitch with one thread.

So that the pins do not interfere, you can remove them by first drawing a circle with a disappearing marker or crayon.

3) Attach a yarn of a different color and knit on the resulting loops with single crochet.

When you have tied to the upper bases of the spout and handle, we knit the two sides of the heating pad separately if the spout and handle are on the same or almost the same level) .In this teapot, the upper base of the handle is higher than that of the spout. Therefore, I continued to knit in swivel rows in one piece. For a cutout under the handle, I left three loops untied.

Tied to the upper base of the spout, she continued to knit two halves (sidewalls) of the heating pad separately.

The kettle at the top is almost straight. Therefore, you can knit without increases. Increases (one in each row, on each of the sides of the heating pad), began to do when the kettle began to expand.

When knitting, often try on a heating pad on the kettle and adjust the number of increases according to the shape of the teapot.

When you knit the first half, tie a chain of air loops, then it will be needed to connect the two halves of the heating pad.

4) When both halves of the heating pad are connected, we connect them with chains of air loops under the spout (photo A) and under the handle (photo B).

The shape of this teapot allows you to knit a heating pad without a button. But, nevertheless, I made the hole for the handle large enough so that the heating pad could be removed and put on without any problems.

6) We make the strapping with lush columns.

I knitted with yarn Alize softy.

Lush bollards. In the first loop of the row we knit a crochet. In the second loop we knit a lush column of 3-5 double crochets, then we knit an air loop and again a single crochet in the third loop of the row. Thus, we knit the whole row. A more embossed pattern is obtained if, between the lush columns, not a single crochet is knitted, but a connecting column.

7) We tie the holes for the spout and handle with 2-3 rows of single crochet columns and one row of connecting posts (can be tied with a "crustacean step").

The base of the house is ready!

Before further work, it is worth moisturizing the heating pad from the bullet machine and drying it by putting it on the kettle.

Windows

1) We knit windows with single crochet according to the circle pattern. Make offsets with an offset so that you don't get a hexagon.

I knitted windows made of Iris yarn.

Determine the size of the circle yourself, based on the size of your house.

2) From colored yarn, knit two chains of air loops.

When knitting the second chain, knit the middle loop through the middle loop of the first chain, forming a window binding (photo A).

3) Use the hook to attach the binding to the window. (photo B).

Ponytails can be fixed with knots on the wrong side or hidden when knitting a frame.

4) On the edge of the window, tie a series of connecting posts (photo B).

5) Knit a single crochet by inserting a hook into the middle of each chain stitch (photo D). The result was a window frame.

If you knit a frame of thicker yarn than knitted the window itself, then knit without increase. If the yarn is the same thickness, then make six increases, as in the usual knitting circle.

Our windows are ready!

Door

I knit "by eye". But you can pre-calculate the number of loops that you will need to knit the door.

1) We knit the door according to the scheme half-mastered. The number of rows in the diagram is conditional - knit as many rows as necessary for the desired size of the door.

I knitted a door made of medium-sized wool yarn (I don’t know the brand and footage, since these were leftovers). It is quite possible to knit from another yarn, the main thing is that it be of a suitable color and not very thick.

The door is ready (photo A).

2) Embroider stitches (photo B). I used yarn Tulip YarnArt.

3) Make a door handle. To do this, fix the thread on the wrong side and bring it to the front side.

Take some stick of suitable thickness (I have a hook) and make a few stitches, as if sewing a stick to the canvas.

I made a door with a lock, so with each stitch I passed a thread through the handle of the castle.

Fasten the thread on the wrong side and put it on the front side again.

Remove the wand and wrap the resulting loop. Lay the coils close to each other, without overlaps.

After wrapping, bring the thread to the wrong side and fasten.

The design of the heating pad

1)   Sew windows and doors.

2) We knit the outer frame.

Lay a chain stitch around the window (on photo A marked in color).

We knit one row of single crochet. When knitting, make 4-5 increases so that the frame does not twist to the window.

Make one row of connecting posts (photo B).

3) Similarly, we arrange the door. We knit with different columns, forming a visor. On fillets symmetrically do 1-2 increments.

Here is the result.

4) On the other side of the heating pad we also draw up a window.

5)   We knit mushrooms
