Julia, I read that you are a lawyer by training. How did you decide one day to tell everyone that you will be engaged in fashion design?
It was not easy. I always dreamed of doing fashion design, but the circumstances were that I went to study as a lawyer. Then my parents influenced my choice. At the age of 17 we can’t quite yet choose where to go ourselves. In no case did I want to drop out of school so as not to upset my parents. I believe that this is a good humanitarian education. There are situations when I am even grateful to my parents for having received such an education. But, having graduated from the institute, I began to do what I liked and gradually created my own brand.
- Who supported you at the very beginning of the journey?
Only family supported, they always believed in me. And this support has no doubt played a role. Maybe without her nothing would have happened.
- What difficulties did you encounter in the development of your skills and how did you solve them?
At the initial stage, everyone has certain problems, because fashion design is not only a creative side, but also a business. We have to learn many issues: the organization of projects, the design of certain documents and so on. But you can learn everything in life if you have a desire, a goal and a favorite cause. Everything is solvable.
You are horoscope cancer. I am also a cancer, and by myself I know that it is typical for representatives of this zodiac sign to doubt themselves. How do you deal with this?
Yes, there is such a trait. Constant doubt, yes or no. Constantly working on yourself. Often, close people help make the right decision. But over time, you become hardened yourself, get older and make decisions easier.
- Your fans are many famous women. How did you do it?
In fact, there was no such goal at all - to dress star girls. I started to sew from the heart, exactly the clothes that I wanted to do. At that time I was doing absolutely all alone. A lot of responsibilities were on me, there was no PR manager or manager, I did everything myself. And it so happened that many stars began to call themselves, found my direct contacts, said: "I really like this dress, how to buy it?" So the brand became recognizable and popular, including among star girls.
- What would be the best present for you today?
This is a difficult question. True, I don’t know. Seriously, I have such a fast pace of life that all dreams and ideas come true very quickly. In a short period of time, I did a lot and achieved a lot for myself.

A conversation on such topics would be interesting, inviting the viewer to his own thoughts about the vector of the civilizational path of Russia. Let's start with a traditional, but no less interesting question. Julia, tell us how your journey to the world of haute couture began?
From early childhood, my favorite pastime was to come up with dresses for my dolls, to draw sketches. When I got older, I started sewing on myself, redid some ready-made outfits, but at the same time I “added” my own ideas to them, giving each dress an individual touch. Oddly enough, I always managed to predict fashion trends. Moreover, it is difficult for me to explain how this happened, I call it fashion-intuition.
All the time I studied at school, and then at the institute (in law - my parents insisted on it), I thought over a plan to create my own brand. This dream did not leave me for a minute. That is why I decided to leave my small business in Krasnoyarsk, move to the capital and start working on my first collection of clothes here, in Moscow - the epicenter of fashionable life in Russia. It seems to me that it was not in vain that I decided on this fateful step.
Each of your dresses is distinguished by a special femininity, tenderness, softness and sophistication. Tell me, was such a concept of your brand born originally, or did you come to it by trial and error?
Surprisingly, many of the collections that we sew now are created according to my school sketches. From the very beginning, I wanted to create exclusively feminine things that make girls truly tender, touching and elegant at the same time. In addition, the style of new look was always close to me, because in such simple, feminine and romantic dresses, a woman can feel like a movie heroine or an actress on the red carpet. And, I'm not afraid to seem immodest, but our brand was one of the first to set the fashion in this direction. So, we have something to be proud of.
In my collections, the emphasis is on long dresses in the style of the 50s. In my opinion, maxi length is generally magic. She does real miracles with a woman: changes her posture, gait, and sometimes even fate. In the fairy tale about Cinderella, it was the magic dress donated by the fairy godmother that became the starting point for the transformation of the main character. In our dresses, every girl becomes a real princess.
Fans of your brand today are many stellar beauties of Moscow: Kristina Asmus, Victoria Bonya, Angelika Agurbash, Aurora, Tatyana Dyuzheva and many others. Your brand was represented by such Alena Shishkova and Ksenia Borodina. How did you manage to attract the attention of stars of this magnitude to your dresses?
You know, I’ve never specifically been involved in attracting celebrities. They themselves contacted me: they learned how to buy dresses, came to the show room, then brought acquaintances ... As a result, we became friends with many. Here, probably, the practice of “word of mouth” worked - the beauty and quality of my dresses, maybe this is immodest, they speak for themselves. So, for example, it happened to Ksenia Borodina, who even took part in several of our very successful projects, the last of which was shooting a lookbook of our latest collection Family look autumn-winter 2014/15. In it, she starred with her charming daughter Marusya.
I want to say that in Beloe Zoloto boutiques there is no separation between “star” and ordinary customers. In truth, we do not like to call our customers customers. After all, they are primarily our friends, and any woman who crosses the threshold of our boutiques or is a subscriber to our social networks is important to us. All these girls are united by incredible elegance, gentleness and the desire to be a real woman. Each such girl is a real queen for us, and meeting her is a great honor and joy.

Jeans, comfortable ballet flats, a bulk bag, a white shirt and, as you rightly pointed out, the dress of our brand is the universal set for all occasions for an active girl, such as myself, for example.
As for, say, accessories, I'm not a fan of jewelry and massive jewelry. I usually wear a Cartier chain, bracelet, watch and engagement ring. This is quite enough for me.
If we talk about shoes, I can say that I love high-heeled shoes, but, unfortunately, the metropolis dictates its own rules, so my choice for every day is ballet shoes or gym shoes. But in the car, like a true girl, I always have several pairs of shoes with heels hidden. If you change your shoes, your everyday outfit will be a cocktail.
