Review: Perfect skin. Anti-redness CC cream with SPF30 Uriage Roselyan. Uriage Roseliane Anti-Redness Cream reviews

Many girls at one stage of life or another face skin problems: wrinkles, rosacea, acne. Dermatologists and cosmetologists around the world are developing a variety of means to combat these troubles. However, there is a substance that has had a healing effect throughout history. We are talking about unique properties thermal water. Today I would like to introduce you to the products of the French world famous brand Uriage, which develops its cosmetic products based on thermal waters.

About the brand

The cosmetics brand Uriage was created in France in 1992 by the dermatological research laboratory "Biorga". The new products are based on the use of thermal water for particularly sensitive skin. In the early 2000s, when the brand began to gain popularity, the Uriage-Les-Bains plant was opened in the vicinity of the French Alps, which to this day produces high-quality products.

Even the ancient peoples of the world knew about the healing effects of thermal waters on the body and actively used them both for skin care and for healing wounds. In the 18th century, a boarding house was created in the vicinity of the healing waters, which eventually turned into a large thermal hospital. And today, most people from all over the world come to the famous province and undergo therapeutic procedures.

The main feature of the Uryazh cosmetic brand is that production is carried out near the thermal waters themselves, which means that the water does not interact with the air and does not lose its useful properties during transportation. Another distinctive characteristic of French cosmetics is that not only cosmetologists, but also chemists and dermatologists are involved in the process of its creation.

Review: URIAGE Roseliane CC Cream.

Women always think... two salaries ahead!

EN : A rich and non-greasy cream that provides the optimal combination of skincare and makeup coverage for rapid application and a perfectly sheer finish. It conceals redness, evens out skin tone and adds radiance to the complexion, while offering protection against UV light, thanks to its SPF30.

Not long ago in one of the blogs I read that Uryazh had released a new product - CC cream Roselyan, which is able to hide any redness on the skin. I do not suffer from rosacea, and redness on my skin does not appear often, but it was during that period that I regularly did home treatments with a mesoscooter. Let me remind you, for those who missed my posts about these procedures, that after the mesoscooter micro-punctures remain on the skin, with the help of which the skin is regenerated and rejuvenated. On the same day and several days after the procedure, the skin becomes very sensitive, redness or red dots appear, which cannot be masked with a regular foundation. Moreover, the sensitivity of the skin increases so much that going outside without good sunscreen cosmetics is strictly not recommended. And it turned out that the CC cream from Uriage has the properties that my skin really needs after a mesoscooter. Firstly, it hides all redness perfectly. And, secondly, it contains SPF30 sun filter, which protects the skin from UVA-UVB rays. Of course, you could use bb cream, but its texture is very thick and is not at all suitable for the warm season. So, I’ve come to my main message…. After reading the review on the blog for this CC cream, I realized that I urgently needed it and ran to buy it at the nearest pharmacy... And, indeed, it met all my hopes. And today I saw information about one very tempting promotion in an online store avocado.in.ua, where I often shop... and I was a little upset. The fact is that now there is an “attraction of unprecedented generosity” - when you buy Uriage cosmetics in the amount of 600 hryvnia or more, you get this CC cream, worth over 300 hryvnia, as a gift. And I was upset because I didn’t find out about this promotion earlier; I could have saved a lot and bought more cosmetics from my favorite brand. But I will definitely take advantage of this offer, since I run out of tinting creams quite quickly, the second tube will be very useful to me. I'll leave the link for you at the end of the post if it interests you.

Yeah, that was a very long “prelude”, and now I’ll try to briefly tell you about all the advantages and some disadvantages of this CC cream.

Application : The abbreviation SS itself has two decodings: “Color Control Cream " (color control cream) or "Complete Correction Cream "(cream for complete correction). This CC cream is intended for complete correction of skin tone with an emphasis on the function of complete skin care. That is, this CC cream not only evens out the tone of the face and masks redness, it also moisturizes, nourishes and , which is very important, fights with redness of the skin. And one more thing... one of its important advantages is the presence of a sun protection factorSPF30 and this, by the way, is not enough! This is just the perfect filter for my urban life rhythm!

Included CC cream, traditional for Uriage cosmetics, contains Uriage thermal water, which perfectly soothes the skin, as well as ginseng extract, which is known for its tonic properties, it transforms the skin of the face, turning it from fading to firm and elastic.

Compound :
Thermal water Uriage
Cerasterol-2F complex
TLR2-Regul complex
Ginseng extract
UV filters
Coating pigments

Package : Compact, high-quality tube with a thin “spout” convenient for applying cream. Take the product (if desired) in small portions and apply it pointwise to the skin. Ty CC cream bic is additionally packaged in cardboard box, which displays all the information about this product - composition, application, properties.

Consistency The CC cream is the most delicate, it is very light and absolutely not greasy. The texture is not dense, I would even say optimal - moderately liquid, with a melting base. The CC cream is distributed very thinly over the skin, the product glides gently and almost instantly “dissolves” on the skin, adapting to its natural tone.

Hue : This CC cream is released in only one, universal shade. But the problem is that it is universal mainly for those with Mediterranean skin type, which has an olive, golden or yellowish undertone. It is not surprising, since the country of origin of this cream is France and this product is aimed mainly at European women, who have a similar skin tone (for the most part). At first, this CC cream, without blending, seems too yellowish and “scary” at first glance. But, surprisingly, after shading, it completely merges with the natural skin tone and becomes completely invisible. Its complete adaptation to skin tone occurs after about five minutes. The disadvantage of this CC cream is that the proposed universal shade will not be “universal” for all girls living in our latitudes. It is definitely not suitable for snow-white skin, but for skin with a medium tone, and even slightly tanned, this CC cream will be ideal. This shade suited my skin perfectly, the CC cream lays on like a “second skin” and is completely invisible. But I advise you, if possible, to test the CC cream for compatibility with your skin tone.

*swatches taken in bright sun on the lightest part of the body. First, I applied a drop of cream, then lightly shaded it, and the last swatch was a CC cream blended with a brush, but not completely, so that the boundaries of the shade were visible.

*the second swatch was taken in daylight, but slightly in the shade. The shade of the CC cream turned out darker and yellowish, in reality it is something between the 1st and 2nd photos.

Advice : For a more even and invisible coverage, apply CC cream using a sponge soaked in Uriage thermal water. Then both the tone and the coverage of the cream will be as invisible as possible on the skin.

*in the photo on the left is my skin with all its charms - redness and small blood vessels (it turned out to be a little out of focus, but the redness is clearly visible). In the photo on the right, CC cream disguised all this (only CC cream and bronzer on the cheekbones were used in makeup). Photos were taken with flash, so there is some glare. I just want to focus on the covering power of this cream.

Anti-rosacea cream Roselian from Uriage
As I already said in previously published posts that I have combination skin with rosacea, my facial skin care includes products aimed at combating this problem, both from pharmacy and professional cosmetics.
This time I want to talk about my impressions of the anti-redness cream from Uriage. I previously read about the cream, especially good reviews I haven’t seen this happen more often – mediocre grades. But still I took it, because... suddenly there was an urgent need to calm the burning skin on my cheeks and remove redness, so I dropped into the nearest pharmacies, but everywhere the necessary remedy was only from Uriage, in desperation I took it.

Uriage only has one anti-redness cream, i.e. as I understand it, for all skin types.
Positioned as daily care for hypersensitive skin prone to rosacea, designed to reduce redness and soothe the skin. The responsibilities of the cream specifically include: improving microcirculation, helping to reduce redness, softening and soothing the skin, moisturizing, relieving the feeling of heat, restoring comfort to irritated skin, and serving as an excellent base for makeup.
A lot of responsibilities, you will agree. At the end of the post, I will summarize and write a verdict: does the cream fulfill all its duties in good faith? In the meantime, let's move on...
Cream in tube, 40 ml. The fact that the cream is in a tube is already a plus; I don’t really like creams in jars.
Ingredients: I again threw away the box, so if anyone is interested, please (). I also found an abbreviated one from the site, but in Russian: cerasterol - 2F®, ginseng extract, dextran sulfate, Uriage thermal water, rose flower wax 0.5%, glycerin, phytosqualane, green pearlescent particles.
Impression:
The texture is quite dense, thick, pale pink, I did not see the green particles stated in the composition. It is distributed normally over the face, with a little effort, because... non-slip cream.

Absorbs quite well and leaves no greasy residue. If you overdo it (if there is a lot of cream), then it slides off quite a bit (I only had this happen a couple of times). The makeup doesn't float (although I always use a base). And the smell... Well, I can’t help but write about it! The smell is really strong, it smells so strong that for some time I was haunted by the feeling that I was surrounded by such a smell within a radius of at least 1-2 meters, I smelled it for about 5 minutes, a trail of “aroma” was trailing behind me! Smells like a really strong smelling toilet soap. This is strange, considering that Uriage cosmetics is positioned as pharmacy cosmetics, which implies a minimal content of allergenic components and fragrances or their complete absence. I still can’t accept this smell; I don’t like it, to be honest, although I must admit that I’ve already gotten a little used to it.
The smell is a smell, but something else is interesting - what does this cream do to the skin of my face? It really soothes the skin, after about 10 minutes the redness of the cheeks noticeably decreases, after about an hour, when I look in the mirror, I can already see my cheeks completely (well, almost) without redness. The cream does not cause discomfort, does not dry out, does not make the skin greasy, and the skin feels quite comfortable. As for the small blood vessels that I have on one cheek, it is probably absurd to expect a cream to completely or partially get rid of this problem, so the blood vessels remained as they were, although I do not deny that the effect can be in the case of long-term use.
A month later, I summed up the results: my cheeks generally began to turn red less and less often, they stopped burning, i.e. rosacea has noticeably decreased, but I can’t say with certainty that this is the merit of the cream as a whole, because I started using it in combination with other products, namely: anti-rosacea concentrate and anti-rosacea ampoules from Janssen, Rosaliak anti-redness remedy from La Roche Posay, which I wrote/will write reviews about later.
Testing period: 3 months
Price: 860 rub.
Rating: 4 (due to strong fragrance).
Verdict:
So, this is a pretty decent anti-redness cream. Performs his duties well/excellently. Improving microcirculation is impossible to assess visually, so we’ll skip it. Help reduce redness – yes, yes and yes, excellent! Softens and soothes the skin - works well. Moisturize, relieve the feeling of heat - hydration is enough for me all day, even now, when it’s frosty outside, the heat is completely relieved. Returning comfort to irritated skin is logical; when heat and redness are removed, the skin feels calmed, which means it is comfortable. Serving as an excellent base for makeup - well, I wouldn’t say “excellent”, but the makeup really doesn’t crease (in any case, I always apply makeup after the base).
Would you use the cream again? More likely yes than no, but I want to try other drugstore and professional cosmetics, which offer no less worthy means for solving a similar problem. But I note that the cream is very suitable for my skin. If my cheeks suddenly start to turn red, the first remedy my hands will reach for is Uriage Roselian.

I hope my review will be useful to someone :)
