Choose light creams or gels with natural extracts, say, with chamomile, which charmingly soothes the skin and removes redness. The judgment that it is impossible to burn in a solarium is false. Unfortunately, hefty even allowed. The skin burn is monitored exactly the same as with prolonged contact with direct, clear rays. If after solarium redness does not pass within 2-3 hours, it is allowed to say with accuracy that this is a burn of the skin. The sensations will be unpleasant: redness, the origin of the blisters, the skin will slowly begin to peel off, and the increase in body temperature is occasionally monitored. They have a nice smell and have a calming effect. If you notice obvious redness after solarium   , go not to home, but to the nearest pharmacy.

Skin burns and redness later than a tanning bed are not uncommon. The sensations are somewhat similar to a clear burn. If you have powerfully exceeded the duration of the procedure, blisters may appear on the skin, if not, the redness will gradually disappear, and only a brownish tan will remain. To eliminate redness, use moisturizing and softening skin products.

You will need

  • - sour cream or cream;
  • - oils;
  • - funds in spite of burns.

Instruction manual

1.   Lubricate the skin with thick sour cream or cream. Dairy products quite quickly relieve redness and burning. After a short interval of time, the redness begins to decline. As soon as you feel better, rinse off the sour cream from the skin, on the contrary it will start to smell annoyingly. Later, shower the skin with a moisturizing or nourishing cream. If you have sea buckthorn oil, mix a fraction of the cream with 5 ml of oil and apply on the body. Sea buckthorn promotes skin healing and eliminates burns.

2. Other oils will help to cope with the burn and relieve redness: sunflower, olive, camphor or burdock. Apply a little oil to the body, massage gently and wait until it is absorbed. Repeat the procedure until the full passage of unpleasant sensations 2-3 times a day. Ultimately, olive oil is superior to others, but if you do not have it, then use any. Do not use too much oil, it will be difficult to rinse off even with the help of shower gel, tea reddened skin is impossible to rub with a washcloth.

3.   Go to the pharmacy and see the remedies despite clear burns. Get everything that suits you for the price. Use the cream as directed on the package, but not more often. Medicinal components may be added to such agents, an excess of which may lead to poisoning.

Note!
  Do not exceed the average time spent in a tanning bed - you will not tan more powerful, but you will get a burn correctly. Before the first procedure, visit a dermatologist and consult about acceptable contraindications.

Acne does not pass without a trace, often after these pustules there is redness on the skin, which is too noticeable for a long time. In order to quickly remove redness   from acne   , you will only be helped by a green camouflage pencil and an intonation cream that perfectly harmonizes with the shade of your skin.

You will need

  • - tonic / foam for washing;
  • - green camouflage pencil / powder;
  • - intonation cream;
  • - powder.

Instruction manual

1.   Scrupulously clean the skin of the face by wiping with the infusion of medicinal anti-inflammatory herbs (chamomile, calendula, St. John's wort, etc.) or with a lotion with a table of contents of alcohol. It is allowed to use tonics with glycolic acid.

2.   If you choose washing with soap or foam, it will benefit every pore on the face. Do it carefully, rub your face effortlessly, after washing, blot your face with a bath towel, being careful not to touch the inflamed areas.

3. The camouflage pencil should be green in order to “cover” the scarlet skin color. It is applied pointwise to the area where the pimple was or was just ripening before. Gently blend the product on the skin with a fingertip, let it harden. On top of the green color, intonation cream of a natural color is more closely applied. It’s great if you pick up an intonation cream to mask redness a tone lighter than the natural skin tone, but it can absolutely fit and completely match.

4.   If there are a lot of red spots on the face acne   , It is good to use masking powder. It is also green and has a thicker texture. Use it instead of concealer / masking pencil. It is primitive enough to apply with a sponge to large areas of the meeting acne   or on the redness formed later on for their treatment. On top of the green powder, of course, the intonation cream is not applied any closer. It will positively cover the face with several layers of skin-colored powder. Apply the last so many layers and until the green tint completely disappears.

5.   This methodology is only suitable for a single mask of redness. Often, using “heavy” tonal products on diseased skin is not recommended. So you clog pores even more enormously and aggravate the situation. For treatment acne   and their consequences, you need to go through a lot of procedures, observe hygiene rules, often use good-quality cosmetics, and not neglect folk remedies. And the most important thing - in the presence of a large number of problem areas on the face, you should consult a doctor.

We will share with you the most effective restorative skin care recipes.

Causes

If you have a red face after tanning, you should first determine the causes of such a skin reaction to tanning. The first thing that comes to mind when red spots appear after a tanning bed on the face is an allergy to ultraviolet light. As a rule, people with sensitive skin type suffer from this type of allergic reaction. The reaction is manifested by redness, itching, burning, peeling of the skin. Two types of factors can contribute to the occurrence of such an organism reaction: external and internal. External factors can be various chemicals and compounds that make up cosmetics or household chemicals, and topical medications. Various stimuli of the liver, kidneys, and digestive system can be internal stimulants of allergy manifestations. Diabetes and overweight can also trigger a reaction.

An allergic reaction in a tanning bed can be caused by various chemicals that are used to disinfect and sanitize a room. For all allergic reactions caused by a visit to the tanning bed, even a separate term was introduced - an allergy to a tanning bed.

Red spots after artificial tanning on the face are also characteristic of burns or overheating of the skin. Such spots can be supplemented by the appearance of blisters, a strong burning sensation, and eventually peeling of the skin.

The reaction in the form of bright redness can also be evidence of various skin diseases such as eczema, various dermatitis and, even, melanoma.

Treatment

Fighting with redness on the face is necessary based on the causes of its occurrence, which only a dermatologist can answer with great confidence, and even then, having the results of laboratory tests on hand. In order not to miss the birth of a new dangerous disease, you should in any case identify abnormalities, consult a doctor.

The traditional treatment of allergic redness involves the use of internally and externally antihistamines. Hygienic procedures during this period are advised to be carried out with the help of infusions or decoctions of chamomile, string, celandine. It is also necessary to protect the skin from sunlight. To do this, use a variety of protective creams with UV filters, and stylish accessories like hats and sunglasses.

A mask of crushed avocado pulp with olive oil in 3: 1 proportions will also help alleviate the aggression of ultraviolet radiation.

Before you visit a tanning salon, you need to consult an experienced dermatologist or cosmetologist. In any case, it should be remembered that it is not worth abusing the procedures in the solarium, and you need to cover your face from time to time with a napkin, otherwise a banal reddening of the skin of the face can lead to fatal consequences for health, not excluding skin cancer.

What to do if after tanning a red face

Before an important event, you decided to brown in the solarium, but did not calculate the duration of the session and overdid it? This happens with many girls, and in most cases this is due to non-compliance with safety measures. In this article, we will talk about how to prevent skin burning and what to do if after tanning the face still turned red.

Causes of Redness

The reddened skin after sunbathing is associated with a burn for everyone. However, this is not the only reason for this skin reaction. There are also others, and if you do not know about them, then you can be treated incorrectly, which will not only not remove the redness, but also exacerbate the condition. Let's look at all the possible causes and symptoms.

  • Let's start with the common one - a burn of the upper layer of the epidermis. It is characterized by redness, a strong burning sensation and a feeling as if a person is "boiling". The skin is really hot to the touch, which is why the applied cream or cosmetics instantly “float”. ” Often small watery vesicles appear, from which the anemone flows. After a couple of days, the skin begins to peel off.
  • Allergy to ultraviolet. There are people who generally cannot be in the open sun, because the skin immediately reacts to it not in the best way. Signs of such an allergy are similar to a burn, but it differs in that it does not go away for a long time. If a person burns out in a tanning bed, then redness lasts 1-2 days, while an allergic reaction can last up to 5 days or longer.
  • An allergy to skin sunscreens or chemicals used to clean tanning salons. Yes, that happens too. Therefore, if you again and again observe a swollen red face after a tanning bed, even if you follow all the rules, then change the protective makeup or go to another tanning bed.

Burn prevention

The tanning procedure in the solarium is absolutely harmless, subject to all precautions. Often we neglect these or those rules, we want to quickly sunbathe, and as a result we completely scorch. If you do not know how to protect your face in the solarium, remember the following:

  • The first times you need to start with a minimum duration of the session, so that the skin gradually gets used to. Even better, consult a specialist who, based on the characteristics of your skin, will advise how many minutes and how often you should visit the solarium.
  • Do not neglect UV-protected products, especially for the face. However, sunblock creams and lotions cannot be used. In the cabin you will be offered a number of tools from which you can choose the right one. They not only reduce the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation on the skin, but also contribute to a more even and tenacious tan.
  • The skin on your face is so delicate that even adhering to the first two rules, you still run the risk of sunburn. To prevent this from happening, cover your face in the booth with a cotton cloth three minutes after the start of the procedure.
  • After the session, even if you do not feel signs of a burn, it is recommended to apply a moisturizer on the face and body. The cream will help restore water balance in the cells of the epidermis. It would be nice to use special cooling sprays.

This mask should be kept for about 20-30 minutes, then rinse with warm water and smear your face with a moisturizer.
  3. Natural oils. As we said above, unrefined vegetable oil copes well with skin restoration.   Take any that is at hand, apply a plentiful layer on the red skin after tanning, allow to soak for 20 minutes, and the rest can be removed with a napkin.
  4. Tea and herbs. If you have time, it will be useful to apply compresses from tea - black or green or from herbal decoctions. Just make strong tea, soak gauze or cotton pads in it, apply to reddened places. From herbs you can use chamomile and sage, calendula and parsley - they perfectly soothe the skin and relieve inflammation.
  5. Aloe. This is an excellent tool against many skin problems, and against burns - and even more so! If this plant is at home, cut the leaf, wash, remove the inside, grind it and apply to the skin. Remember that the redness after the tanning bed does not appear again, carefully monitor the time of the tanning session. If the redness and burn were severe, refrain from visiting the solarium for at least a week, let the skin regain its natural defenses.

A tan acquired with patience and intelligence will be not only beautiful and harmless, but also useful!

The article was written on the materials of the sites: prolico.ru, doctor-eskin.ru, www.sympaty.net.

After visiting the tanning bed, many people are faced with the question of how to remove facial redness. This article gives a lot of proven recommendations on how to remove redness after a tanning bed.

Who and how long ago made a cult and a standard from tanning is not known. In Japan, for example, zealously fight with dark skin. In this country, huge, vibrant avenues with images of white girls are hung.

They cry out that people stop taking tanning in tanning salons and on beaches. Europe is in panic and begin to close these salons. The first - the Spanish authorities banned visits to persons under the age of majority and pregnant women. In addition, medical institutions are strictly forbidden to recommend tanning beds as beneficial to health.

Americans make statements that radiation waves received in a solarium are three times more harmful than sun rays. And German scientists, after many years of research, proved that 88% of people who visited “artificial tans” during the year had malignant tumors. So is such a tan dangerous for people?

In such institutions, customers are welcomed with open arms. They offer tea, coffee and even a small buffet to lure. What happens in the human body when rays hit. Rays can be of two subtypes: short - A and long - B. But, the thing is that both short and long are equally dangerous for precious health.

The first - lead to a decrease in immunity and leave skin cells without water, from such thirst it dries and fades, which leads to a rapid aging process; but there are generally nightmarish things, this is the effect on the cell of the second rays - the cell begins to mutate, that is, changes pathologically. Under the influence of ultraviolet light, birthmarks and pigmentation grows into cancer cells, which begin to grow and eat everything around. These may be the products of the sun.

Salons that provide such services without information are killers, because the human condition is in their hands. Therefore, it is better to avoid constant trips to the so-called beauty salons. There is a very good expression - what is done normally is not harmful. These are the most terrible and unfortunate aspects. There are not such negative sides of the tan, but also not very pleasant. Burns. 4 types of burns are divided: 1st - redness of the skin; 2nd — redness, itching, and pain; 3rd — redness, itching, pain, and blisters; 4th — carbonization (the most terrible kind, mainly occurs when exposed to flame or thermal burns). Things are absolutely not pleasant, but the first two types are easily portable.

How to deal with such ailments? There are a million ways to help your skin. With a burn, the skin is dehydrated, that is, it loses that precious moisture, without which it is not possible to live in a single cell. If redness of the face has occurred, it is necessary to throw all forces into restoring the water balance. First, drink more fluids, and it does not matter which one (but only non-alcoholic). In the area of \u200b\u200breddened areas, apply a baby cream, anti-burn medications, you can make a cucumber mask (since the cucumber is a very water-saturated vegetable). If the second type turned out - it is necessary to carry out all the above procedures, but with the addition of painkillers. Because in addition to itching, there’s also pain. How to remove redness after a tanning bed is described above, but you can still add skin treatment with dairy products and yoghurts. Sour cream product is ideal, because it contains fats, saves water and moisture, respectively. There are certain rules and requirements for tanning that need to be mentioned.

First of all, you need to understand who can visit such places and who cannot. Absolute contraindications are various inflammations, that is, on the skin and systemic. It is not recommended to use ultraviolet light for people who have oncology available, or have already been treated and long forgotten. The next category of people - taboos - are those who have problems with the thyroid gland, or only with the adjustment of medical workers. Such baths are contraindicated for future mothers, because in this condition, the woman's hormonal background changes, those hormones that are present can lead to various reactions, and this is unnecessary stress for the body, and accordingly for the future little man. In addition, people who have benign tumors cannot afford this pleasure, because any benign tumor can at any time develop into a malignant one. Therefore, if large moles are present on the body, you need to be very careful using ultraviolet light.

A fair-skinned audience (the first photo is a skin type), does not know how to protect itself from the sun at all (only with the use of protective equipment). It is unlikely that a kind of skin in which age spots are developed can be protected in a tanning bed. Medicines (antidepressants, antibiotics, and even vaginal contraceptives), against the fact that their owners took ultraviolet light. Such drugs immediately give redness to the face and the whole body. Allergic reactions like rash, red spots may occur. So, if a person nevertheless decided to go and pamper himself with a tan, you need to consult a doctor who knows everything about the diseases of this person, sees the structure of the skin, and will be able to give practical advice on the time spent in the salon and the power of tanning. After the winter cold, you need to start sunbathing gradually, with the smallest doses, that is, no more than 3-5 minutes. Gradually, the stay time can be increased, but not more than 10 minutes. In principle, doctors and cosmetologists say that in 2-3 weeks several trips, namely 2 times, to such establishments with ten-minute sunbaths are not harmful. Again, do not forget that it all depends on the type of skin. How to sunbathe, and what type of skin a person has, a dermatologist can tell.

For women, before taking such baths, it is recommended to wash off cosmetic products, because some of them contain photo-protective elements, and some contain photo-damaging ones, so it’s better to go to the solarium without makeup and makeup. The components that make up cosmetics can interact with sunlight and further damage the skin, the same applies to perfumed perfumes. Before such a tan, you should take a shower with moisturizers. When ultraviolet light gets in, the body tissue begins to heat up and perspiration becomes plentiful, which means the loss of water from skin cells, which requires previous hydration.

After such procedures, you need to moisturize the skin again, so that it does not become dry and flabby. Various creams, lotions and tonics will do. In addition, you need to close all sensitive parts of the skin and body (lips, eyes, especially those people who wear contact lenses, since they dry out and damage the mucous membrane of the eye). It makes sense to cover the chest area and, of course, protect your hair. Such rays very dry them, they become brittle and not obedient. Speaking about the choice of the form or type of tanning bed, it should be noted that this is a matter of human preference - vertical is a solarium, either horizontal or turbo. But it should be borne in mind that in turbo solaria the power of the rays is always higher and build on these parameters, not forgetting about health. Horizontal, most secure and comfortable. In a vertical tanning bed - it is possible to achieve a uniform tan, because the body does not come into contact with the lamps. The most important thing is to find out from the owners of the salon whether the tanning apparatus is professional. The following parameters speak about the professional properties of this installation:

29 lamps of 100 watts;

Good ventilation;

Inside - system control with emergency shutdown button;

Buttons of management of adjustment of time and air supply.

The quality of such tanning salons can be indicated by the fact of the working hours of the lamas, that is, when entering the salon, it is necessary to clarify how long the lamps work. The best option is up to 700 hours. If the operating time is 800 or more, it is better to abandon the tan. Because after working for 700 hours, the lamps cease to protect against ultraviolet radiation. It is harmful.

But new lamps will heat twice as much. This should also be taken into account. Mandatory use should be protective equipment. The more a person defends himself, the better.

The question of what to do if the face is red after tanning is quite relevant. Many girls want an even, attractive tan before an important event. But in the solarium, you must comply with your rules. If you do not calculate the procedure time a bit, or if you do not follow the safety precautions, then a burn may occur. After that, the skin looks painful. She will need time to recover. Therefore, it is better to use protective measures in order not to bring the matter to a burn.

The latter are prepared on the basis of natural products, and therefore the recovery is quick enough. Usually they are applied to the face in the form of masks, and then washed off with water. Folk remedies

Folk remedies have an excellent effect. For these purposes, dairy products are used. With them there are many proteins that protect the skin from drying out. Folk recipes allow the skin to recover very quickly.

Eliminate redness with gruel from raw potatoes or the juice of this vegetable. You can use black tea (the main thing is to brew it stronger), from which compresses are made. Both ordinary and apple will do. Just make sure that it is vinegar, not vinegar essence! Soak in a small soft towel in a diluted with water (a couple of tablespoons in a bowl of water) vinegar, put it on your face. This remedy will perfectly help both from redness, and from painful sensations.

The tannins in it soothe the skin. Brew 4-6 tea bags in a large teapot, let the tea cool down well, soak a towel or napkin in it, blot it on your face. For added relief, put a damp towel in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Burnt skin will appreciate the cold!

Sleeping tea bags (not immediately from the cup, but cooled down, of course) can be applied to the eyelids, if they also suffered. For the same purpose, you can moisten cotton pads with tea and make applications for ever.

  • Milk products

Why does the skin turn red after tanning?

Always and for all, without exception, the skin after tanning does not immediately darken - at first it turns red, for someone it is stronger, for someone weaker. This is a normal reaction that occurs as a result of exposure to UV rays and high temperature and includes protective mechanisms of the skin.

If there are no problems and the skin has not received a burn, this redness will pass after a few hours or in a day.

But sometimes, even with all the rules of safe tanning,   a real burn after the tanning bed can occur, and what to do in this case ?.

Burn after tanning: help from the inside

If the skin is not just red, and it is impossible to touch it, serious measures must be taken without delay. To begin with, drink enough water - not cold, clean and non-carbonated - it nourishes the skin with moisture from the inside.

Now make sure that eliminate a serious allergic reaction.   If you see that the skin is covered with spots or a rash, you need to urgently take antihistamines (anti-allergic) drugs - they will remove these symptoms.

Do you feel that you are shivering or, conversely, throws into a fever, and your whole body aches?

Measure the temperature - it may well rise one to two degrees. In this case, you can drink an antipyretic (aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen) and go to bed.

Nothing helps, and it only gets worse? Then you have a direct road to the therapist or dermatologist.

Red skin after tanning: remove redness

If there are no such serious problems, but just redness is observed, you need to act directly on the affected skin. It is necessary to approach the elimination of redness in stages.

  1. First take a cool shower (neither warm nor hot), rinse off all the products that you used to sunbathe in the solarium. Use a mild shower gel that does not dry the skin.
  2. In areas where the skin is especially red after tanning, apply natural vegetable oil   (sunflower, olive, almond, flaxseed, castor, burdock - in short, any that is in the access zone). Try to walk around without clothes and let the oil absorb as much as possible.
  3. After 20-30 minutes, rinse the oil in the shower, you can again use a soft gel.
  4. Now apply on skin intensely moisturizing or deeply nourishing skin care product   (cream, lotion, milk) and let it soak completely.
