Kulek for the new year. Both tasty and safe. Choosing a sweet bag for the New Year. Santa Claus from a tin can

We select the weight of the gift by age

It is better for a child under four years old to buy a gift weighing no more than half a kilogram. A 5-6 year old child can buy a kilogram gift. It is better to stay away from larger gifts.

When buying sweets for a child in a store, you need to consider several important recommendations:

Pay attention to the appearance of the packaging. It must be strong, tightly closed, not wrinkled or deformed, the contents must be well protected from external influences;

Check the expiration date of any sweets and candies. Do not buy sweets that have expired or are nearing the end;

Pay attention to the composition of the ingredients: give preference to those kits, which contain a minimum of food additives, preservatives, cooking and confectionery fats, soy products, flavors and sweeteners.

Confectionery products should not contain alcohol, natural coffee, components that can cause an allergic reaction in children.

It is also worth remembering that sweet New Year's gifts purchased in places of organized trade are subject to return or exchange if the gift turned out to be of poor quality.

Do not put perishable foods as a gift - yoghurts, cakes or cookies with a cream filling;

Do not buy homemade candies for a gift at fairs;

When choosing a lollipop, opt for the traditional "Petushok" sweet, which contains water and sugar. Striped, multi-colored lollipops signal a lot of dyes and harmful food additives;

Do not buy sweets based on fructose and sugar substitutes, they are harmless for diabetics, and their benefits for healthy children are questionable. Fructose is the same sugar, only of a different origin;

Refrain from buying glazed marmalade, marshmallow, jelly - glaze ingredients of not the best quality can negate the beneficial properties of the product;

It is better to put chocolate as a gift to a minimum, because it causes allergies more often than other sweets. In addition, fruit, yoghurt and other chocolate fillings contain many food additives that are harmful to a small child. Chocolate should not contain palm oil;

Eliminate toffee, hard candy, and fizzy candies.

These are biscuits, frutilades and dried fruit sweets, kozinaki, hematogen, waffles, candy, marmalade and marshmallow without chocolate or glaze, gummies (in small quantities), packaged dried fruits and nuts.

Fruits are perfect as a sweet gift: apples, pears, tangerines, oranges, bananas. Please note that it is better to add no more than two tangerines and oranges, since a large consumption of citrus fruits can cause allergies in a child, even if he has not had an allergy before.

Of course, in order for a sweet gift not to harm health, you need to know when to stop in everything. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the amount of sweets eaten by the child, limiting the consumption of confectionery products from 20 to 50 grams per day.

We remind you that Rospotrebnadzor specialists are already running a hotline on the quality and safety of New Year's goods. You can ask questions of interest using a single number 8-800-100-26-73 or the telephone of the territorial department in Magnitogorsk 21-35-61 .

Short:

1. The bag must be up to a kilogram;

2. You need to buy a gift in places of organized trade;

3. Attention to the composition and shelf life, in particular fructose is not so safe;

4. Citrus fruits no more than two pieces;

5. The ideal composition of the bag: biscuits, dried fruit sweets, kozinaki, hematogen, waffles, marshmallows, marmalade and marshmallows without chocolate or glaze, chewing marmalade (in small quantities), packaged dried fruits and nuts.

Sweet gift

I remember when I was a child, you wake up in the morning - and under the Christmas tree a surprise awaits you. Colorful rusty wrapper, fruits and candies. At that time, parents themselves collected sweet bags: tangerines, caramels, chocolates, but bars were rare. At matinees, a gift was also not complete, only factory bags were often even simpler than home ones.

Today's children are lucky - the variety of sweets is limited only by the wallet of their parents. And now they don't need to bother too much: all the shelves of shopping centers and small grocery stores are filled with ready-made sweet gifts.

On the eve of the holiday, we decided to check what is hidden behind the beautiful wrappers and how much the finished sweet gift will cost.

So, let's choose the most common shopping center. There is a festive atmosphere everywhere: tinsel, costumes, Christmas tree decorations, and here are sweets - a showcase with bags immediately catches the eye. There are gifts on the shelves of different shapes and colors: marketers have tried - I want to pick up the most colorful ones right away. Here is a package in the shape of a symbol of the new year - a lamb, and this one is a "Santa's bag". Prices for gifts from 100 rubles per 200 grams to 2500 rubles per kilogram. Adds value to the gift and its decoration, as well as the presence of toys or other necessary items such as a pencil case or a backpack.

In order not to spoil the New Year's holiday, Rospotrebnadzor advises to take a responsible approach to the choice of a bag: it is necessary to check the gift on the spot, request documents confirming the quality and safety, pay attention to the expiration dates. Which is what we do during the experiment. It is not immediately possible to find all the information about the product, something is sealed with a barcode, something is written in very small print. The desire to purchase such a gift immediately disappears: there is a feeling that the manufacturer (seller) wants to hide important information from us. After checking a dozen different bags, especially those that are farthest, we could not find the spoiled ones (which cannot but rejoice), But nevertheless, intuition suggests: without looking at the expiration date, you can take only a New Year's bag, the box of which is decorated with future symbol of the year.

Due to the fact that we choose gifts for a long time and inspect them so meticulously, we attract the attention of a sales assistant. Taking this opportunity, please bring documents confirming the quality. However, the store employee responded by asking an unexpected question: are we wholesale buyers? A woman came to the rescue, answering in the affirmative. The seller immediately went to get the documents: it is clear that wholesale buyers are more welcome here. After talking with the customer, we learn that the quality certificate was requested from the parent committee in the kindergarten. Without documents, nowhere.

According to the list of Rospotrebnadzor, we check sweet gifts further. There are bags that are "tightly" sealed, but the basic information is presented on the packaging: expiration date, list of products, importer, country of manufacture, information to contact them, the minimum age of the child for whom the toy is intended, or a pictogram indicating the age of the child, everything , as expected, in Russian. Other gifts can be opened and a more detailed look at the composition, while the sweets are sealed in individual packaging.

Despite the fact that the choice of sweet gifts is huge, many residents of Magnitogorsk prefer to collect a New Year's bag on their own.

This allows you to make a gift more varied: choose sweets to your taste, put cookies, fruits in a bag, perhaps even some kind of souvenir, says Lyubov. - In addition, this approach will be useful if the children are of different ages. For example, you can't put chocolate candies in a one-year-old baby, in this case I replace sweets with juice, cookies, a toy.

Kindergartens do not stand aside. After all, the gifts that each child will receive at the matinee must have time to buy.

Last year there were only candy bags. This year there will be gifts with a toy, so the parents decided, - said Irina, a kindergarten teacher. - Collecting money for bags and Santa Claus, is engaged in either the parent committee or the educator. Educators are more often entrusted with this work. We ourselves go to the toy base and buy gifts by age.

“Their composition is very important, the availability of accompanying documentation confirming the quality and safety of products and packaging materials, shelf life and storage conditions of products, the presence of a leaflet indicating the list of products that are part of the gift. All food products must comply with the requirements of technical regulations, state standards, regulatory and technical documentation, the integrity of the packaging must be ensured, the presence of clear labeling. Toys included in children's gifts must be safe. A toy found in food and (or) sold together with a food product must have its own packaging, ”the department notes.

The heads of wholesale bases and retail outlets are responsible for the packaging of New Year's gifts in terms of compliance with the storage conditions of gift sets, availability of documents confirming the quality and safety of these products.

The oven cannot be bought!

For older children, the holiday is organized at the school. Contests, games, quizzes, and, of course, a tea party with pies and sweets.

Only 10-15 years ago, children brought homemade cakes and cookies made by mothers and grandmothers to school. However, now Rospotrebnadzor, in the published requirements for the safe rest of children during the winter holidays, considers it necessary to exclude homemade food.

"When holding New Year's events, which are accompanied by tea drinking, in organized children's groups, it is necessary to exclude homemade cakes and cream confectionery products from the children's diet," the department said.

Parents of schoolchildren have not heard of such a ban.

There will be a New Year's tea party, but we were not told that it is impossible to bring homemade cakes, - says the mother of the eighth-grader Daria. - Of course, now we mainly buy sweets for school, not like before. The choice in stores, as they say, for every taste and wallet.

But there are also those who prefer homemade pastries to purchased sweets.

I bake myself, firstly, it turns out inexpensively, and secondly, in homemade baking you know exactly what you put in: jam, berries, sugar, there are no dyes or other harmful substances, - says the second-grader's mother Elena.

On vacation - to the camp

During the winter period of time during the holidays, hiking and tourist trips are often held.

Last year, we went to the camp in the winter, for seven days, - says the mother of the sixth grader Anna. - The parent committee was the initiator and organizer. We are planning this year too.

When organizing trips, Rospotrebnadzor recommends that the responsible persons conclude a contract for transport that has passed a technical inspection.

“It is forbidden to transport children in unheated vehicles. All these factors are unsafe for the life and health of children. For the transportation of organized groups of children by rail, there are sanitary and epidemiological requirements of SanPiN 2.5.1277-03, in accordance with which a group of children must be accompanied by a medical worker, a drinking regime and food must be organized along the route. The organizers of children's collective trips agree with the Rospotrebnadzor Office on the range of products included in the travel kit - “dry rations”, and provide food for children from such kits along the way, ”the department noted.

If the heads and responsible persons of children's institutions comply with all the necessary requirements for holding mass events and organizing recreation during the winter holidays, then the New Year holidays will pass without any incidents that have adverse consequences for the safety and health of the younger generation.

With full requirements for a safe holiday for children during the winter holidays 2015. can be found on the website of Rospotrebnadzor in the Chelyabinsk region.

Many people notice that the older they get, the more difficult it is to re-experience that magical feeling of a fairy tale and miracle that always came to us in childhood on New Year's Eve.

But we are in website We are sure that the New Year's mood will not keep you waiting if you make one of these wonderful decorations for your home and Christmas tree with your own hands. Almost all, with the exception of two or three, do not require a lot of time and some special materials - they can be made in half an hour from what is at hand.

Thread sprockets

A wreath of balls and an old hanger

In just half an hour, you can make a colorful wreath by buying a couple of sets of inexpensive balls. Blogger Jennifer, the author of this article, recommends unbending an old hanger, but if you don't have one, a piece of sturdy wire is perfect.

  • You will need: a pair of sets of balls (20-25 balls of different colors and sizes), a wire hanger or wire, spruce branches, braid or a ready-made decoration for decorating a wreath.

Snowflake tablecloth

A delicate and surprisingly festive tablecloth will turn out from snowflakes, on which we have stuffed our hands since childhood. You can sit down and cut snowflakes with the whole family, and then lay them out on the table and fasten them with small pieces of tape. A great solution for receiving guests or just dining with your family during the holidays.

Multi-colored beanies

The cutest colored hats can be made from leftover yarn, from which you can assemble a garland for a Christmas tree or to decorate a wall. Or hang them on a window or chandelier at different levels. Children over the age of five will do just fine with this simple decoration too. See details.

  • You will need: a roll of toilet paper for rings (or ordinary cardboard or thick paper), scissors, colorful yarn and a good mood.

Lamp "Snowy City"

For this charming lamp, you need to measure a piece of paper around the circumference of the can with a small margin (to glue it together), depict and cut out the simplest city or forest landscape. Wrap around the jar and put a candle inside.

  • You will need: a bank, thick paper of any color, you can white, any candle. Alternatively, you can cover the top of the can with "falling snow" using a special "snow" spray that is sold in hobby stores.

Balloons with photos

A great idea for decorating a Christmas tree or as a gift to relatives and friends. The photo must be rolled into a tube so that it passes into the hole in the ball, and then straighten it with a wooden stick or tweezers. Small black and white rectangular shots will do, and you can also cut out a photo to fit a ball or silhouette (like a cat in the snow).

  • You will need: plastic or glass balls, photographs, various sundries to fill the ball - tinsel, garlands, coarse salt (for snow).

Christmas lamps

And this miracle is a matter of five minutes. It is enough to collect balls, fir branches, cones and put them in a transparent vase (or a pretty jar) and supplement with luminous garlands.

Smoldering embers

Glowing garlands hidden among cones, branches and pine paws create the effect of embers smoldering in the fireplace or a cozy fire. They even seem to give off a fever. For this purpose, a basket that has been lying on the balcony for a hundred years, a cute bucket or, for example, a wicker container for small things from Ikea, is suitable. Everything else (except for the garland, of course) you will find in the park.

Floating candles

A very simple decoration for the New Year's table or for a cozy evening with friends during the New Year's holidays is a composition with candles floating in a vessel with water, cranberries and pine twigs. You can use cones, orange circles, fresh flowers and leaves from a flower shop - whatever your fantasy tells you. And as a candlestick - deep plates, vases, jars, glasses, as long as they are transparent.

Snowman on the fridge or door

Children will definitely be delighted with this - quickly, fun and very simple, because even a three-year-old can handle cutting out large parts. It is enough to cut the circles, nose and scarf out of self-adhesive paper, brown paper or colored cardboard and attach them to regular or double-sided tape.

Snowflakes on the window

An interesting use for a glue gun lying around. In order to glue these snowflakes to the glass, it is enough to lightly press them to the surface. See details in our video.

  • You will need: a stencil with a snowflake drawn with a black marker, tracing paper (parchment, baking paper), a glue gun and a little patience.

Christmas trees-candy

Bright Christmas trees can be built together with kids for a children's party or to decorate a festive table with them. Cut triangles out of colored paper or cardboard, tape them to a toothpick, and stick the resulting Christmas trees into the candy.

  • You will need: Hershey’s Kisses or any other truffle candies, toothpicks, scotch tape, colored paper or cardboard with a picture.

Garland with pictures and drawings

New Year, Christmas - warm, family holidays. And it will come in very handy with photographs, children's drawings, pictures. The easiest way to secure them is with clothespins, which can be decorated with hearts or snowflakes.

Origami star

Painted spoons

Ordinary metal spoons or wooden cooking spoons turn into interesting New Year decorations using acrylic paints. Children will love this idea. If you bend the handle of the metal spoons, you can hang them on the tree. And wooden spoons will look great in the kitchen or in a bouquet with spruce branches.

There are two candy holidays in Russia: March 8 and New Year. On the eve of the celebrations, people rushed to the shops to buy candy. Classic "Karakum", "Bear in the North", "Alenka", "Mask", modern "Kinders", Soviet "Burevestnik", "Swallow", "Citron", various candies, candies, chocolate figurines and other joy are crammed in abundance in beautiful packaging and are waiting in the wings. We tried to find out all the secrets of sweet gifts from professionals.

Candy variety

There is more than one wholesale candy store in Yakutsk, which for the New Year, in addition to selling by weight, offers ready-made sets and the opportunity to collect a gift yourself. Going to one of them, we were amazed at the variety of choice. There are several hundred kinds of sweets in the store, ranging from caramels and toffee, to expensive truffles and well-known brands. As Anastasia, the seller of the Caramel wholesale base, told us, New Year's sets have been available since the end of October, the "rush hour" for buying sweets has not yet arrived, but people are very active. Parents' committees of schools, kindergartens, trade union committees of organizations buy dozens, hundreds of ready-made gifts and prepare them themselves, buying sweets by weight. There are dozens of types of ready-made gifts. Prices - from 150 to 2500 rubles, it all depends on the filling and packaging.

Many people refuse to take Roshen sweets, citing patriotism. And they continue to come to the wholesale stores of Yakutsk.

Types of sweets

The following are the most popular types of sweets:

caramel;

chocolate candies;

iris;

candy souffle;

licorice candy;

truffles;

marzipans;

fondant sweets;

fruit sweets;

milk candy;

liqueur sweets;

lollipops;

cream candy;

nut candy roasted nuts;

jelly candies;

candied candies;

dragee

sweets with filling between layers of waffles.

sweets with whipped filling or soufflé.

multilayer or combined sweets.

You have every right to ask the seller or store manager to show the entire list of sweets that are inside

Lollipops are waiting for summer

The leaders among the New Year's sweets are “Krasnooktyabrskie” “Mask”, “Bear in the North”, “Karakum”, “Crayfish tails” and so on. Sweets from the Slavyanka factory are popular - Levushka, Eker, Curiez, Baked Milk. "RotFront" is the well-known "Cow", halva in golden-red foil, "Bird's milk", "Grill". There is also "Rakhat" - "Magic", "Romeo" and others. The Kinder brand is popular both in wholesale and retail stores. This set includes a variety of its types: "Kinder country", "Kinder chocolate", "Kinder delis", an egg with a toy and so on. As Miroslava Arsenyeva, a shop assistant at the Covered Market, comments, people are very good at candy factories. They ask, for example, to collect a complete set only from "Red October" or "Kinder". Many people refuse to take Roshen sweets, citing patriotism. And they continue to arrive at the wholesale stores of Yakutsk, and people do not stop taking them in sets. Now parents are trying to make the sets contain as few caramel candies as possible. Lollipops are generally considered unpopular in winter, their turn, as we were told at the "wholesaler", comes in the summer.

Ready-made gifts surprises

Those who do not have time to make a gift on their own can buy a ready-made one. But if in a specialized store they are displayed in a window with all its contents, then in trade markets and ordinary stores it is like a pig in a poke. Beautiful packaging can contain sad content. As one employee shares with us, she bought her sons two identical sets of sweets in one of the city's supermarkets. When they unpacked the gifts with the children, it turned out that one set of elite chocolates contained more, and the other - more caramel, moreover, one had a big toy, and the other a small one. Not without tears. The woman did not go to the store to return. You have every right to ask the seller or manager to show the entire list of sweets that are inside; on some sets from the factories themselves, all sweets are listed on the packaging (for example, from "Kinder" and "Inspiration"). As the seller Miroslava Arsenyeva shares, she opens the packages and shows the contents, and, if necessary, lets them taste.

Homemade sweets

Housewife Roza Ivanova makes chocolate with her own hands, wraps it in foil and adds to the sets: “It turns out much tastier and more unusual, individually. The recipe is simple. Oil is taken (the amount is by eye, in fact, the more oil, the more chocolate will be), you can cut it into pieces (it will melt faster and more evenly) and put in a saucepan over the fire. When the butter has boiled, add sugar and cocoa to it. Sugar - to taste, who likes it. Cocoa - by eye, pour with one hand, stir with the other. We stop adding cocoa when the consistency of the mass is from thick sour cream to when it already does not mix well with a spoon (but it is better not to bring it to this extreme state). Then cook for another minute or two, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, leave to cool, and into the freezer (if you wish, you can pour it from a saucepan into something, more on this below). The more cocoa, the more bitter and harder the chocolate will be.

Container

If you are going to collect a gift yourself, then it is important to choose a container for sweets. There are cardboard packages, cans, soft toys, cellophane bags, fabric bags, wooden chests, even plastic bottles that seem to be champagne - in general, very different. Prices in a wholesale store range from 14 to 120 rubles apiece. In stores - 30-100 rubles more. Their design changes every year, there are many packages with the symbol of the year - plush lambs and goats, cardboard boxes with the symbol of the year, even on handbags they are embroidered and glued. Here you can simply choose to your taste.

Bonuses

If you give us, adults, taste and quality, then for many children, as parents say, sweets are just one big tasty mass, it doesn't always matter for them whether the toffee is in the set or the truffles are expensive, different little things-bonuses are important to them. And if earlier they were an apple and a tangerine for sweets, now they are different candies, toys, dragees and so on. They can also be bought at the "wholesaler", and can also be purchased in retail stores. “Tangerines and apples are the last century, now for girls they take toys“ Monster High ”,“ Ponies ”, for boys -“ Cars ”, put lollipops, lollipops, Christmas sticks, from two to 60 rubles, there are also different planes , pistols with dragees and marmalades attached to them, chocolate figurines of Santa Claus, different animals are taken, marshmallows, marshmallows, chocolate eggs, my son is very fond of trinkets - these are liquid candies, ”says Anastasia. Miroslava says that the gift can be supplemented with real Belgian chocolate, which is sold there.

There is chocolate for diabetics, sugar-free sweets with sorbet and fructose.

Unusual sets

As Miroslava Arsenyeva told us, she received quite interesting orders for sweets. For example, one girl asked for five thousand rubles to collect a set of only red candies, the second set she asked only for brown. It turned out that one is for a woman, the other is for a man. There is chocolate for diabetics, sugar-free sweets with sorbet and fructose - a wide choice. People take handmade chocolate from Belgium, Italy, add chocolate animal figurines.

How to compose a set yourself?

“Each New Year's gift must contain Red October sweets, at least 100 grams. If you score a gift with simple people for 350 rubles per kilogram, it will not work very well, ”says Miroslava. Anastasia advises adding different toys to the set, since children love this very much, you can also add cookies, unusual sweets.

A ready-made gift against the one collected with your own hand. Who will win?

We decided to find out what is more profitable and better quality - buy a ready-made set or assemble it yourself? To do this, we bought a ready-made gift for an average price of 450 rubles in a wholesale store (in a retail one it would have cost 500-600 rubles) and collected a gift for the same amount in a retail store. As it turned out, in wholesale stores everyone counts half a kilogram, and one candy can be collected only in a retail candy store.

Ready set - 48 candies

Weight: 890 grams for 450 rubles.

We chose the ready-made set according to the simple principle: "Give us the most popular." They did not even begin to peer at its contents, although everything was displayed on the window. When we were with us, several women zealously wrote down all the names of the chocolates presented in the window in their notebooks, photographed and praised him loudly: "The most successful set of chocolates, everything is there: both chocolates and slimes."

Total: in a set of 48 chocolates, of which seven elite chocolates of the brands "Red October", "Rot Front", 34 mediocre ones, a package of marmalade, a tin box, chewing gum with a toy, lollipop, acid candy, a large waffle in chocolate, fruit bar.

DIY - 64 candies

Weight: 910 grams for 450 rubles.

Here we made a bias only for elite-class chocolates, collected handfuls of "Squirrel", "Karakum", "Martian", "Golden Cockerel", there was also a small "Twix" and "Snickers", various truffles, waffles, halva, roasted nuts, the seller put in our hands the Soviet "Romashka" and "Citron". She said: “What about a New Year's gift without Soviet sweets from our childhood? Take it! " Each handful of sweets of different brands with the same price per kilogram was counted out loud to us: 33 rubles, 26 rubles, 77 rubles, 143 rubles - in general, so we collected exactly 450 rubles a heavy bag.

Total: we got 64 sweets, all chocolate, but not a single “bonus” like marshmallows, gummies and “toys”.

Output

Although the weight of the gifts is almost the same, there are more chocolates in the kit assembled by your own hands, and in the finished one, a tin box with lollipops and a plastic toy with gum takes on a lot of weight. In the box assembled with his own hand, all the candies are only chocolate, everything is to your taste, the whole weight is taken by chocolate, but perhaps the child will find it boring, because variety is important for children. Seeing these two sets in the photo, you will say that in the self-assembled one, we saved on packaging by buying a simple package with a picture, but no, it costs more than the cardboard container from the first set: 14 to 20 rubles. And the general conclusion is this: if you value quality and you have a certain taste, then collect the gift yourself, it will cost you less. And if you like surprises, trying something new, different funny things that you yourself would not buy in a store, then take a ready-made one, but, most likely, it will cost you a little more.

New Year is a favorite holiday of childhood. And a gorgeous Christmas tree with huge glass balls, an iridescent garland and dazzling tinsel has nothing to do with it. In the days of a happy, carefree childhood, we were completely delighted with New Year's gifts. Just remember these huge rustling bags with sweets or some melted chocolate Santa Clauses, wrapped in colorful foil, and from year to year we got our presents with shaped cookies in a paper wrapper. What happiness it was to open such a gift, breathe in a mixture of sugary smells and start sorting out all sorts of goodies, put aside tasteless caramels, choose large candies with mysterious fillings and, while looking at all this happiness, thoughtfully chew the marmalade.

We all grew up long ago, but we still continue to love sweets. New Year is traditionally considered a family holiday, and even if you do not meet it with your family, then surely with loved ones who you want to surprise and please. And we are used to surprise and delight with the help of gifts. A gift made with your own hands will turn out to be very original and just insanely pleasant. Of course, it can be some kind of cute souvenir, over which they sigh and send them to gather dust on the shelf, but we suggest giving a delicious gift that can really impress and be remembered. However, before giving a delicious gift, you need to take care of its decoration. So, let's get down to drawing up and decorating original gifts.

A handmade gift sounds great, but these are not just words, so arm yourself with sweet dough, a rolling pin and other cooking tools. Cookies are invariably present in all gifts. But which one? One that you can buy by going to the first grocery store you come across. This option is definitely not suitable for us. So, we buy shortbread dough, or, if we know how, we start it ourselves, add raisins, nuts or cinnamon if desired, take out forms and cut out beautiful cookies. While the cookies are browning in the oven, make the icing with the icing sugar and sugar syrup, and if you want the cookies to be bright, add a little food coloring to the icing. Make a bag of baking paper, and while the icing is hot, pour it into this bag, cut off a corner to make a hole no more than 1-2 mm and draw snowflakes on the cookies or paint them with any winter patterns you like. When the cookies have cooled, wrap them in clear wrapping paper and tie them up with bright tape or tape.

Surely among your family and friends there will be many lovers of pastries and marzipan. To make cakes, you will need tartlets, which you can buy at grocery supermarkets, and marzipan, which you can also buy or try yourself. Put your favorite cream in a tartlet - protein, from boiled condensed milk, whipped cream or butter. Using cookie cutters or a stencil made of cardboard or paper, cut out stars, snowflakes, or any other shapes from marzipan and cover the tartlet with them. You will get an original delicious cake. From the remnants of marzipan, you can mold the symbol of the new year - a hare - and decorate a cake with it or give it to someone as a separate present.

A gift made of handmade sweets will look very solemn. It is easy to make such sweets, from 150 grams of dried apples, 150 grams of walnuts, 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, juice of half a lemon, pine nuts, cinnamon and dark chocolate powder or chocolate powder. Chop dried apples and walnuts, combine them, add lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and stir well. Roll into balls from the resulting mass, not forgetting to put several grains of pine nuts in them. Dip each ball in dark chocolate powder or chocolate powder. You will get very tasty and healthy sweets. Now it is important to pack them properly. Pick a small light brown or beige box, cut a square from baking paper equal to the length of the side of the box multiplied by 2.5. Put the paper in the box, put the candies on it, cover with paper and close the box with a lid. Tie the gift with a wide deep chocolate ribbon.

If the gift is about brightness and fun, then the next idea is for you. More and more often in grocery stores, especially in the sections for children, so-called marshmallow sticks and small multi-colored marshmallows began to be sold. You can use the innovations that have appeared as New Year's gifts. Buy some marshmallow sticks and some colored marshmallows. Cut the sticks into pieces 3-4 cm long. From bright wrapping paper, make several bags, decorate them with bright ribbons, braid and beads. Fill the bags with marshmallows and hand over your gift. The phrase "a bag of sweets" has long become stable, and such a visual representation simply cannot go unnoticed.

Continuing the theme of bright sweets, it is worth mentioning about marmalade. Marmalade is perhaps the brightest and most varied sweet product. A gummy gift completely depends on your imagination and the person's sense of humor. On the shelves of shops you will find the most ordinary shaped marmalade in sugar, marmalade bears, toy cars, all kinds of marmalade rings, citrus slices and berries. Take whatever your keen gaze falls on. You will also need completely transparent jars to form a gift. Just pour the marmalade you like into the jar and close it tightly. The gift can be decorated with a ribbon tied around the lid, or a label made of paper and attached to the jar, on which you can write a few warm words.

Let's move on from sweet gifts to tasty and useful gifts. For example, nuts. Before giving such a gift, you need to find out if the person to whom this gift is intended has allergies. If not, then we begin to form a present. Include peeled walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and any other nuts in a nut bag. You can diversify and decorate this mixture with dried anise and a few cinnamon sticks. For those with a sweet tooth, you can cook nuts in sugar, for this you need 2 tablespoons. butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp. water, 1/4 tsp. ground cumin, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, then remove them, melt the butter in the pan and add all the specified spices, cook the mixture for about 1 minute, then add the nuts, mix with the glaze and wait until the glaze turns golden brown. This nutty mix looks great in leather or fabric bags, the main thing is that everything should be completely natural.

Perhaps the healthiest and sweetest gift is natural honey. But getting it in the winter is not so easy. The fact is that natural honey, if it was not heated and diluted with sugar syrup, is already hopelessly candied at this time, and you will have to bend more than one spoon, trying to pick a tasty gift for a close relative. However, you can buy honey in a beautiful jar or try to heat your own honey a little in a water bath. Just as in the case of marmalade, you will need a beautiful transparent jar, as well as natural decorations in the form of anise and cinnamon sticks. Transfer the honey to a jar, stick a couple of cinnamon sticks into it, and top with anise. You will get an original, tasty, fragrant and very useful gift, which will come in handy in such a cold season.

If only everything were so easy with delicious gifts! But there will certainly be someone who is not allowed sweets, or someone who is on a diet and is not going to interrupt it for any price. But you can please such delicacies as well. For this, a wide variety of fruits will come in handy - oranges, tangerines, apples, pomelo, grapefruit, pears, and in general whatever your heart desires. But the presented package of apples looks rather weak as a gift, so here you will have to make an effort to decorate. It's best if you can find a small basket and decorate it with a wide ribbon. Also, each fruit will have to be tied with ribbons, and citrus fruits will be decorated with carnation seeds. Even the biggest fussy people will be delighted with such a fragrant, tasty and healthy gift.

Over the years that we spent with family and friends, a lot of things were donated, and every year we restlessly continue to look for new ideas and invent something like that, while delicious gifts remain recognized classics. But even the classics allow you to look for new tastes, forms and design methods, remaining a universal gift that absolutely everyone likes. Experiment, get new ideas, and let your gift become the most unusual and memorable!

Adult children are looking forward to the New Year holidays. They begin to prepare for the New Year tree long ago. Decorating apartments, pondering a guest list and choose gifts... The New Year is not without a sweet tooth. Each child is waiting for the New Year's package as a special miracle, and although the sweets there are the most ordinary, they still have a special taste. Often, adults do not think about the inner content of the gift, and New Year's gift bags for children are chosen only taking into account the appearance. Actually myself the composition of a children's New Year's bag is no less important. Therefore, when choosing a sweet presentation, you need to consider everything.

How to choose a package?

The packaging for sweets must meet certain conditions, namely:

  • be durable;
  • do not let moisture through;
  • do not contain toxic substances;
  • close well;
  • be light in weight.

All packages for wrapping gifts for the New Year can be divided into three types: plastic, cellophane, paper. Each species has its own characteristics.

Polyethylene packaging

The packaging plastic bag for sweets should be with a New Year's pattern: a Christmas tree, animals and other New Year's characters.

Try rubbing the bag between your fingers. Do not leave paint on your hands. Children who are addicted to sweets will get dirty and enter their bodies with chemicals

The bag must be free from paint odor or other foreign smell. Polyethylene must be whole, all its seams must be strong and not come apart. Check the pens: they need to be strong, otherwise the child will not bring the gift home, all his sweets will fall out. It is good if the gift is bandaged, then it is protected from moisture and foreign debris getting inside.

Plastic Christmas packaging

Paper bag

The paper bag for New Year's gifts is less durable, but it is the most environmentally friendly packaging. It will not harm the environment, unlike polyethylene. Due to its special composition, the package does not allow moisture to pass through, but it conducts air well, which allows the fruits in the package not to deteriorate. It should also be tested for toxicity. High-quality packaging will not get your hands dirty and will not have a pungent smell. Paper packaging for a New Year's gift considered the most popular in the world.

Paper bag for New Year's gifts

Plastic bag

The cellophane gift bag is transparent. The child can easily see what is inside. In addition, cellophane tears easily. If it is dyed, check if it stains your hands or has a chemical odor. Cellophane protects food well from moisture, but it does not allow air to pass through. If fruits or sweets have been stored in it for a long time, they may deteriorate. With regard to safety for the environment, then here it is inferior to polyethylene.

Cellophane bag for New Year's gifts

Based on all that has been said, it is preferable to choose paper packaging. They are also made in the form of boxes, boxes, chests - so the child will receive not only sweets, but also a beautiful toy.

How to choose the content of the New Year's package

Merchants are always happy with the New Year holidays: they last a long time, and they manage to sell all the stale goods. Often, everything that has not been sold in a year is put into New Year's gifts for children. Thus, even something that should not be there is included in the gift.

What can be included in the set?

Of course, first of all it is chocolate... All children love him. The bars can be made from milk or dark chocolate. The presence of sweets with waffle, jelly filling is allowed. Maybe halva in chocolate, marshmallows and candy. Iris is present only replicated. Among flour products, waffles, cookies, biscuits are allowed.

Contents of Christmas bags for children

What should not be included in the kit?

The set should not contain candies with fondant filling or fondant body, caramel and candies are not allowed. Iris sticky should also not be present in the package.

Colored dragees (skittles, for example) and confectionery with hazardous ingredients (coffee, alcohol, spices, apricot pits, dyes, sweeteners) are not allowed.

Study the gift label carefully. The product should not be expired and contain something that should not be.

Many manufacturers put the package collection date instead of the expiration date of the package. It turns out that all products are suitable for consumption, but the candies inside it have long expired.

In order not to fall into a similar trap, you can assemble the package yourself. Then you will definitely know that the child will not eat anything spoiled and not recommended.

There is no guarantee that the child will not receive an unusable bag of sweets as a gift for the New Year holidays. To prevent this, carefully study the contents of the gift. Explain to your child why some sweets had to be removed.

Limit your intake of sweets. You cannot eat the entire contents of the bag at one time. The permissible amount of sweets per day should not exceed 50 g.

New Year's holidays carry many cases of poisoning or severe consequences of allergies in children. Choose the right New Year's gifts or collect them yourself, then the New Year will do without health consequences!
