After the Soviet Union ceased to exist, the new government stopped the fight against home brewing. Criminal liability and fines were abolished, and an article banning the production of alcohol-containing products at home was removed from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. To this day, there is not a single law prohibiting us from engaging in our favorite hobby - making alcohol at home. This is evidenced by the Federal Law of 08.07.1999 No. 143-ФЗ “On the administrative liability of legal entities (organizations) and individual entrepreneurs for offenses in the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products” (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1999, N 28 Article 3476).
Excerpt from the Federal Law of the Russian Federation:
“The effect of this Federal Law does not apply to the activities of citizens (individuals) who produce products containing ethyl alcohol for non-marketing purposes.”
Home brewing in other countries:
In Kazakhstan in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses of January 30, 2001 N 155, the following liability is provided. So, according to article 335 “Production and sale of home-made alcoholic beverages”, the illegal manufacture for the purpose of selling moonshine, chacha, mulberry vodka, mash and other alcoholic beverages, as well as the sale of these alcoholic beverages, entails a fine of thirty monthly calculation indices with the confiscation of alcoholic beverages , apparatus, raw materials and equipment for their manufacture, as well as money and other values \u200b\u200breceived from their sale. However, the law does not prohibit the preparation of alcohol for personal use.
In Ukraine and Belarus things are different. Articles No. 176 and No. 177 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses provide for the imposition of fines in the amount of three to ten tax-exempt minimum wages for the manufacture and storage of moonshine without the purpose of sale, for storage without the purpose of selling apparatus * for its production.
In practice, word for word repeats this article 12.43. “The manufacture or purchase of strong alcoholic drinks (moonshine), semi-finished products for their manufacture (mash), storage of apparatus for their manufacture” in the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. Point No. 1 reports: “The manufacture by individuals of strong alcoholic drinks (moonshine), semi-finished products for their manufacture (mash), as well as storage of apparatuses * used for their manufacture, shall entail a warning or a fine of up to five basic units with confiscation of the specified drinks, semi-finished products and apparatus. "

I am now sitting on the couch in a four-room apartment with a huge kitchen and a personal dressing room, and I have to wait until the completion of the repair for about six months.
this year I realized one of my old dreams - I saw Paris. I saw and fell in love! I dedicated many, many blog posts to him, so I won’t repeat myself again. I can only say that now I know what I’m dreaming of. That's so global right! I want to live there, in Paris ... And while it seems to me completely impracticable (and it is not known whether it will seem otherwise sometime), this picture of wonderful life with the Tower and croissants sits in my head. And I smile when I think of her J
and in general, all this year I lived the way I want! And I did everything I wanted! I have done a lot of things for myself, my health and body. No, I did not lose weight to my ideal (and even despaired of reaching it), but I had a lot of training, doctor's appointments, massage sessions, manicures and everything else. But many people know that you don’t feed me bread, let me do something nice and useful for myself. J Well, I like to deal with myself, what can I do ...
i also continue to learn English and in the summer I will receive a diploma of a translator - this is also a big part of my 2013th, because I constantly spend at the institute every Monday and Thursday - if you count it, you get sooooo much J My knowledge, of course, is far from perfect, but it's still forward movement! And I bought myself a good camera and took photography courses (another dream come true!). This is very interesting for me, and I am so sorry that I can not devote enough time to this hobby of mine ... I hope next year will fix everything!

- i will complete the repair and I will live in my dream apartment!

- i’ll have a vacation in some hot country with the sea and the beach. With a beautiful swimsuit and a wide-brimmed hat
- i will see my family more often
- i will be engaged in creativity. I summarize all my thoughts and ideas (and at the same time my crazy hands) in one word "creativity" precisely because of their large number! Quickly, the repair would be over and I could do something like that. J In general, I really want a lot of photo shoots, projects, cooperation, interviews and events with my participation!
- finally reach the figure of my dreams. I clearly imagine the ideal of beauty and harmony and believe that finally I will get as close to it as possible!
- i will finally take up photography. At least for herself! Not for nothing that I still learned))
- i will read more books and less surf the Internet
- i will devote more time to the blog, because now I can not afford to write when I want. Again, because of all sorts of routine matters. In the near future I plan to change the design - I'll start at least with this J
