Chicken decoration for a children's knitted hat. Crocheted chickens. Decorating an egg - making a chicken

Unexpectedly sold out :))). So I knitted another one instead. Almost everything is the same as the first time, only there wasn’t enough yellow yarn for the ears (yay! I’m finally done with this yarn) and I made them in peach color, like a headband.

Antoshik in chicken:

In continuation of the “animal” theme, a hat was knitted - a chicken.

Material:

1.Yellow yarn (I have NAKO bambino, 25% wool and 75% acrylic, 130 m in 50 g), a little white “grass” for the binding, a little white yarn for the eyes and just a little orange for the beak

3. A pair of plastic eyes.

Progress:

My hat turned out to be approximately 47 - 49 cm in size approx. heads.

1. I made a sliding loop and knitted 12 dc into it, tightening the resulting ring by the free tip.

2. Next, I knitted the bottom of the hat, adding 12 DCs in each row until the diameter of the circle reached the desired size. You can calculate the diameter using the formula - OG: 3.14 (Pi number) - 1.5 - 2 cm for tightness (these numbers depend on the stretch of the yarn and the chosen pattern. The stronger the knitted fabric stretches, the more you need to minus for the tightness). In order for the loops to be added evenly, we mentally divide the circle into 12 sectors and in each sector we add 1 Dc So, in the 1st row we had 12 Dcs, in the 2nd - 24 Dcs, in the 3rd - 36 Dcs, in 4 -m - 48 SSN, in the 5th - 60 SSN, in the 6th - 72 SSN. And in the 7th row I added only 6 loops, it turned out to be 78 DC.

4. Calculate the place for tying the hat ears: 78 p: 2 = 39 - 4 = 35 p (this is for the forehead): 39 + 4 = 43 p (this is for the back of the head and ears): 43: 3 = 14 and 1 in the remainder.

14 - 2 sts (1 each for ears) = 12 sts + 1 (which was leftover) = 13 sts (this is for the back of the head); 14 + 1 = 15 p. (for each ear) Check: 35 + 13 + 15 +15 = 78 p.

5. We knit the eyelet: 1st row - 15 Dcs, 2nd row - 13 Dcs, 3rd row - 11 Dcs, i.e. in the 2nd and 3rd rows we knit 2 dcs together at the beginning of the row and at the end, and in the 4th row we need to cut 4 dcs, for this we knit the row like this: 1dc, 2 dcs together, 1dc, 3 dcs together, 1 dc, 2 Dc together, 1 dc (leaving 7 dc). We count the required number of loops and knit the second eye.

6. We tie the entire hat in a circle with “grass” yarn

7. We knit 2 white ovals for the eyes and 2 orange triangles for the beak, but one of them should be slightly larger than the other.

8. Sew white ovals in that place. where the eyes will be, and the orange triangles are where the beak is, but the small one is sewn completely down, and the larger one is sewn on top and not completely, but only in the upper part. It seemed to me that this adds realism to the image, imitating an open beak, since it itself, without any particular effort, funnyly opened. We embroider eyelashes with black thread.

9. Glue plastic eyes onto the white ovals and make ties.

For inspiration, I suggest knitting some booties to go with the hat. They knit like any other shoes. The description can be viewed among previously published works, and formatted in accordance with the image being created.

Dear friends! today we will create a tiny miracle - a little sun... we will knit a Chicken))) This is an excellent souvenir for Easter and it is not difficult and does not take long to do))) I bring to your attention a detailed Master class on crocheting a chicken using a Kinder Surprise container.

For work we will need:

  • remnants of white and yellow shades of thread, quite grammatical)))
  • Kinder surprise container
  • hook
  • small eyes
  • a small piece of plasticine
  • and a drop of padding polyester or other filler for the crown)))

Step one:

We take a container from the kinder, open it and stick a piece of plasticine to the bottom, smearing it thoroughly, this is necessary to give our chicken stability... Step two:

We tie the container like we do, remember?

We knit a chain of 2 ch. and in the second loop from the hook we make 6 tbsp. b/n. close it in a ring.

IN second row - two stitches in each loop - 12 stitches.

Third row - increase 6 columns = 18 columns, i.e. two in every second.

Row 4 - two stitches in every third stitch (+6) = 24 stitches.

Fifth row and subsequent ones without increase

Row 9 - change color and knit 6 rows in yellow (try on),
then we change the color again and knit 1 row without decreasing, now we need to put the container into the knitted piece since we are starting to decrease
first we knit every third and fourth column with one top (one row), the next row without decreases, then every second and third column together (one row), the next one again without decreases, then - then every second together... and the last one - without decreases (6 rows in total)
we fill the top of the head with padding polyester, the hole there is small, so it will be convenient to push the padding polyester into the hole using either the handle of a hook or a pencil (not sharpened edge)
Now we just sew the top together. It turned out to be a knitted egg)))
Step three:

Decorating an egg - making a chicken

first we will make an imitation of a broken shell... take a white thread and attach it to the end of the first white part of the simple stitch with a connecting stitch, then we knit a chain of 5 chain stitches and again attach them to the body, but through one stitch, with a single crochet (it’s just more convenient) ))
And so around the entire egg: we attach 5 chain stitches through one column...
It turns out like this “skirt”...
We make a “skirt” for the upper part of the shell in the same way...
We hide the threads and proceed to further design)))

Let's make a beak...

You can simply embroider it, but I marked the approximate middle of the “face” and tied 3 tbsp directly to the body. with a brown thread, turned the knitting, knitted another row and closed the loops, if you want a triangular beak, then knit all the stitches in this row with a single vertex (three together)
Now the wings... according to the same principle... attach a yellow thread to the place where the wing will be, knit 3 ch, attach them to the next column (vertically), 2 ch. for lifting, tie 7 treble stitches into a loop formed by air loops and tie the edge, also capturing the last stitch...
ALL!!! All that remains is to attach the eyes, embroider, sew or glue)))
P.S. I must say that I wrote this Master Class on knitting a chicken much longer than it took me to knit the chicken itself)))
