Classmates

In October, it is customary to celebrate Teacher's Day, and therefore you need to thoroughly prepare for this holiday and find out in advance what crafts you can make for Teacher's Day with your own hands.

We propose to do everything that is in one way or another connected with school and the school process. These can be bookmarks, decorated pencils and pens, school organizers, pencil cases for writing instruments, keychains, magnets and much more.

You can make a card for Teacher's Day. To do this, trace the outline of your palm, cut it out of paper and glue it to colored cardboard. You only need to glue the thumb and wrist of the paper palm. You need to glue paper flowers on top, bend the remaining fingers and secure them with a drop of glue.

You can also use colored paper to make this nice postcard in the shape of a school backpack.

Or you can present this creative bouquet of pencils. To do this you will need a small flower pot, a foam sponge, sharpened pencils and colored double-sided paper. Draw the outline of a daisy on paper, make a hole in the center of the flower using a hole punch or the tip of scissors and secure it to the end of a pencil. Place a foam sponge inside the pot, stick pencils - daisies - into it, and on top of the pot you can decorate with pieces of ribbons or leftover colored paper.

You can also decorate a pencil with a chamomile made using the quilling technique. Glue all the paper parts together using PVA or pencil glue, and it is best to glue them to the wooden base with a glue gun so that the daisy does not fall off at the most crucial moment.

Using foamiran and chenille, you can turn pencils into fun writing utensils. Cut out any geometric shape from foamiran in duplicate, put chenille between them and glue the parts together. You can add strokes on top using a felt-tip pen or marker. Now all that remains is to twist the chenille around the pencil.

You can decorate a pencil with just a paper figurine, be it a butterfly or a typewriter. You just need to cut out the decor from thick double-sided paper and make two horizontal cuts in the center at a distance of 1 cm from each other.

Felt and chenille make a very cute pet decor. They can be made in the same way as foamiran decor.

Feathers can and should also be used for decoration. Place colored feathers around the tip of the pencil and secure with a strip of decorative tape.

Regular school pencils can be used to greatly transform a photo frame. Simply glue pencils of different sizes along the frame; for better and faster fixation, use a glue gun.

Using polymer clay you can decorate not only pencils, but also pens. Spread a layer of clay over the base of the handle, press beads or small beads into the clay and bake according to the instructions for the plastic.

And you need to store such beautiful writing utensils in this original pencil case, which looks like a giant pencil.

Also, when creating crafts for Teacher's Day, do not forget about organizers. They can be made from various boxes and cans covered with colored paper, remnants of wallpaper or decorative tape.

An organizer board made in a minimalist style looks very interesting. You will need a solid base and various boxes of cans. Glue the cans and boxes to the base and paint with spray paint.

A cardboard tube, colored paper, and chenille make a fun professor organizer.

Paint the sleeve with gouache of any color, cut out eyes and handles from paper and fold a miniature book. Glue all the parts together with PVA glue. From a piece of chenille, twist the glasses and attach them to the sleeve. Apply glue to the bottom of the sleeve and place it on a circle of thick cardboard.

A bright organizer can be made from a can and ice cream sticks. Paint the sticks different colors and hot glue them to the sides of the jar.

You can also make funny bookmarks in the form of pencils from ice cream sticks. To avoid staining the book, use only acrylic paints or nail polish. Apply thin lines with a marker or felt-tip pen.

As you know, the symbol of wisdom is an owl. Therefore, there is no better craft for Teacher's Day than a wise owl. And we have several options for making it.

In the first case, you will need a small wooden cut, a couple of large acorn caps, two small acorns, leftover felt and a glue gun. It is not at all necessary to make a wooden cut yourself; you can disassemble a wooden stand for hot food, which consists of many such neat wooden cuts.

You can also make a funny owl from a pine cone. In this case, in addition to a fir cone, you will need cotton wool, a glue gun, a pair of plastic eyes and a piece of light felt. Place a large amount of cotton wool between the scales of the cone, and cut out a muzzle and wings from felt.

The third version of the owl involves a cardboard sleeve, paper, scissors and coffee filters. Bend the top of the sleeve slightly to create pointed ears. Glue coffee filters folded in half to the bottom half of the sleeve. Cut and glue huge paper eyes and a tiny triangle beak.

From the first day of school, the child is surrounded by the attention of the teacher. Over time, the number of teachers changes and becomes larger. The entire teaching staff controls the flow of knowledge received by the student. Children retain vivid memories of their first teacher, class teacher or teacher of their favorite subject. During school, teachers spend more time with children than parents. They give knowledge and correct behavior.

Teacher's Day

The work of teachers is highly valued. They have their own professional holiday, which is recognized throughout the world. Only in each country a special day is chosen for it. In Russia the holiday is celebrated on October 5th. On this day, schoolchildren thank their teachers for their chosen profession and the work they do. On the same day, government awards are presented to those worthy.

Each student tries to thank, say warm words and present a gift to their favorite teacher. Giving gifts to teachers on Teacher's Day is a long-standing and well-established tradition. During communication, children are usually already aware of the marital status of their teachers, they notice what they like, and the more attentive ones notice special preferences.

Bouquet with leaves

Teachers begin to think about the issue of a gift for the Day in advance, before the holiday. They think about what kind of gift will not leave you indifferent, will please you and will be remembered. Most teachers are women. Therefore, a good gift for Teacher's Day on this autumn day is a bouquet of flowers. The standard one can be improved and then it will become individual. This does not require knowledge of floristry or special aesthetic perception. All it takes is a little effort and a little imagination.

Take gerberas in yellow and bright orange. To dilute the color scheme, add decorative greenery. In advance, collect leaves of bright colors and different shapes from the nearest park. Prepare yellow or orange ribbons. Assemble a composition of gerberas and greenery. Decorate the edges of the bouquet with autumn leaves. To stabilize the shape, the leaves can be glued together with glue. Tie the bouquet with a ribbon. The colorful composition is ready.

Bouquet with balloons

For such a bouquet it is better to take large flowers. For example, hydrangeas or decorative sunflowers. They will emphasize the volume of the composition. The balloons need to be inflated no larger than a fist.

We collect three balls together, connecting the tails with wire. Insert a flower into the space formed between the balls. Then we add balls in a circle, alternating with flowers. To prevent the bouquet from falling apart, we use double-sided tape. We form a frame from sheets of colored paper (it’s better to fold the paper into a fan in advance), where we place the resulting bouquet. We tie it with ribbon.

Bouquet with pencils

Flowers for this solution are suitable in the calmest colors. For example, white asters, carnations or chrysanthemums. From colored pencils or wax crayons we form something like a vase.

We fix them together with glue or double-sided tape. We insert the bouquet into the resulting cylinder. You can also add pencils to the last one. To do this, it is better to choose options with colored erasers at the end. Insert into the bouquet with the elastic band facing up. To complete the picture, we tie everything up with a thin ribbon (you can add several different ones) of any color.

Purchased unusual items

You can look for original gifts for Teacher's Day in a souvenir store or specialized online stores. It can be:

  • classroom decorations or school-themed souvenirs;
  • a bright note board that can be placed in the classroom;
  • wall clock decorated to look like a school notebook;
  • good-quality and stylish organizer;
  • good table lamp.

Such things are useful, because the teacher spends quite a lot of time at his workplace. Caring for the needs of the class will please any teacher.

Traditional gifts

There are a number of standard gifts that will be appropriate. Gifts for teachers on Teacher's Day, which can be picked up in the nearest store: a diary, a pen from a well-known manufacturer, a tea set with sweets, a flash drive, a mouse pad, a figurine or figurine (in the form of a teacher, a student or the teacher's favorite pet). These kinds of standard gifts just need to be colorfully packaged. You can try it yourself or contact the specialists who are present in any company selling souvenirs.

This is not worth giving!

You just need to take into account a number of gifts that are inappropriate on this day. What gift should you not give on Teacher's Day? Money in a colorful envelope, cosmetics, household chemicals, alcohol and dishes. Most likely, a teacher who has worked at a school for more than one year will have more than one closet of souvenir mugs, candy bowls and vases of various sizes.

DIY collective gift

A friendly and active class can make a collective gift for Teacher's Day. It’s easy to prepare a photo collage, calendar or wall newspaper. This gift contains maximum positivity. You can agree for everyone to prepare a small congratulation and bring one bright flower (it’s good if the plants are diverse). Then, during the presentation, the teacher will receive a unique bouquet and a bunch of pleasant, good wishes. You can write your wishes on small cards and give them along with flowers.

Handmade gifts for Teacher's Day are charged with special warmth and energy. It’s good if the child has his own hobby and already gained experience. Most likely, by the target date, gift ideas for Teacher's Day will be implemented in your favorite work.

But even when there is no developed hobby yet, there are a lot of options for what to try. Gifts for Teacher's Day, made with your own hands, help to understand the creator's diligence, effort and invested soul.

Origami

Paper is one of the most affordable materials for creativity. It is possible to choose the simplest directions for beginners. Cut-out paintings are one of them. You can come up with a plot yourself or find a suitable one. The simplest cutting technique is silhouette. We print the basis of the future picture on a white or black sheet of thick A4 paper. The tools you will need are a stationery knife and nail scissors with rounded tips. Carefully cut out all the through parts of the future picture. We place the cut out part on colored cardboard. The paintings will turn out multi-colored if you place pieces of cardboard under the base. Then they will need to be glued onto some thin base. The corners of the picture base and backing are secured with glue. We insert the finished product into a simple wooden frame and get a wonderful souvenir for a long memory.

Gift made using quilling technique

Quilling - three-dimensional paper crafts. This technique is also called paper rolling. A more time-consuming hobby, but very easy to implement.

Gifts for teachers on Teacher's Day using the quilling technique will be interesting not only for schoolchildren. It’s good if mom or dad helps at first. To work, you need strips of paper of the same width. You can use pure white or colored paper. Nowadays, ready-made strips of paper for quilling are sold in specialized stores for creativity. All the work consists of twisting the strips into spirals. We leave the finished ones in a natural round shape or use folds to give them an oval, teardrop-shaped or diamond-shaped silhouette. On a cardboard base we outline the outline of the future painting. The silhouette of the heart will be simple in execution and symbolic in content. We cover the outline of the heart over the entire surface with glue and begin to glue our spiral blanks, gradually filling the entire intended space. You can do this in stages. We select a square, round or oval frame.

Whatever present idea attracts the student, it is necessary to explain that, in addition to holidays, all other days are just as important. Gifts for teachers on Teacher's Day are given in honor of this celebration. An ordinary day can also be turned into a holiday by diligent behavior, carefully completed homework, and a well-prepared answer at the board. Everything that brings joy to the complex process of education.

Mothers Day

Don't forget about another holiday celebrated all over the world. On Mother's Day, mothers are thanked for their work. But the teacher also contributes to the formation of the child’s personality. Thanking him on such a holiday would be a good show of attention.

The best gift for a teacher on Mother's Day is a live plant in a pot. This is a kind of reminder of the hard work of nurturing future astronauts, actresses, musicians, poets and other specialists.

Gift made using decoupage technique

A pot decorated in decoupage style will make the gift individual and memorable. You will need a napkin with any design you like, PVA glue, acrylic paint, acrylic varnish (glossy or matte), a piece of sponge and a brush. Cut out or tear out a design from a napkin.

We dilute PVA glue with water 1:1. Apply a pattern to a clean and grease-free pot. Dip the brush into glue and run it along the napkin from the center to the edges. Use a brush to remove air bubbles. Leave until completely dry. Dip a piece of sponge into the paint and use tapping movements to paint those parts of the pot where there is no pattern. Very carefully paint around the design. Apply the paint in two or three layers. After complete drying, coat the work with varnish.

At this stage, you can add rhinestones, halves of beads, and beautiful stones to the surface. We also coat it with varnish in two or three layers. Leave it for a day. We plant a plant. You can safely give a living gift, made with your own hands.

Gifts made with your own hands are unique, always very individual, they are charged with warmth. Who else, if not our teacher, expects such a return of warming emotions from us in exchange for invested knowledge? Yes, primary school teachers will appreciate the new diary, and the tea set, and the new globe for the office, but they will be much more pleased with the small memorable gifts, with the signatures (albeit not quite right yet) of their little pupils. So today we’ll talk about TO How to make a gift for your teacher with your own hands? Parents, take these ideas on board.

1. Classic - bouquets and sweets

Bouquet of "flowers" - of daisy girls and dandelion boys.

A very cute present! And it's very easy to do. Cut out a daisy from paper (can be multi-layered) and glue a photo of the child into the middle of the flower. We fix the chamomile on a stem - a wire wrapped in green paper and “plant” it in a pot with the rest of the bouquet. You can put erasers, candies, pencils, paper clips in the pot - all these little things will firmly hold the flowers and will be a pleasant bonus for the gift - there can never be too many stationery things at school!

Bouquet of sweets

2. Everyone to class!

Another idea is to make your own things to decorate the classroom for the holiday or some useful gifts - for example -

Vases for flowers

Take a simple glass vase from the store as a base and cover it with colored paper, fabric, colored threads, shells and beads. You can simply paint it brightly with colored paints, apply an ornament -

Cool calendar

On the Internet you can find blanks for a photo calendar, which can be made in a graphics program like Photoshop and printed in a photo workshop. What will be on the pages? Of course, beloved students with smiles and wishes for the holidays marked in the calendar!

Favorite class in frame

After the annual photo shoot, you can present the best overall photo to the teacher in a homemade frame or insert images into a photo clock -

3. Wall newspaper

How we spent the summer...

A wall newspaper is a gift that is popular at all times. Remember your childhood! A congratulatory newspaper that can be prepared for September 1 or for Teacher's Day - October 5. For Knowledge Day, you can make a summer issue on the topic “How did I spend my summer?” Agree to bring one note about your summer by September 1st. Summer, of course, in this case should look “educational” - Zhenya Tarasov studied butterflies at the dacha, Larisa painted a sunset on the lake, Seryozha studied the constellations through a telescope... Prepare mini photo reports for the notes (if kids are preparing the newspaper, then you can generally limit yourself to just pictures). The first page is an introductory article about how the children missed school and their favorite teacher in the summer, so much so that they couldn’t be separated from the knowledge of those around them during the holidays! :) And the classmates themselves will like this issue.

For another memorable issue, you can write notes about the class’s performance, its achievements, and funny incidents that happened in class should be mentioned in the “Humor” section. Let the guys prepare drawings, comics and poems. The newspaper should be bright and colorful. You can add elements of a collage - paste in the most distinguished test paper or essay, dried flowers (in the Natural History section), tickets left over from a class trip to the theater together.

4. Autumn crafts

School, of course, is associated with golden autumn. We will definitely use this in our ideas! For example, with kids you can make gifts and crafts from acorns, cones, chestnuts -

From bright leaves you can make an applique on a greeting card for a teacher...

5. Handmade cards for teachers

The simplest postcard will be a large one applique postcard - with photographs of students, with flowers cut from magazines or craft paper, with bright wishes from all students, made with paints and felt-tip pens.

Or you can make an unusual, voluminous one pop-up card , for example this one,

On September 1, on Teacher's Day, on birthdays, on New Year, on March 8? This question occupies the minds of parents at least 5 times a year. "Flower mood" Ryabinina Olga Viktorovna.

“Bookmark as a gift for a teacher.” Marisha.

To make a bookmark we will need: a piece of canvas, a needle, scissors, floss threads (I have PNK threads named after Kirov), non-woven fabric.

To create a bookmark, measure and cut 2 even pieces of white canvas measuring 25x7 cm. To place the embroidery strictly in the middle of the canvas, count on the diagram the number of crosses in the height and width of the product, then count the same number of crosses on the canvas. You can paint the canvas with a washable marker into 10x10 squares, but I find it more convenient to embroider without cells. We embroider both designs according to the pattern you chose (for me these are cornflowers).

Along the perimeter of the design we embroider a straight stitch using a backstitch or backstitch using one thread. That's it, the embroidery is finished.

Next, wash the product, dry it, lay it out on a flat surface, and after drying, iron it on the wrong side. We cut off pieces of non-woven fabric (needed to strengthen the canvas, make it tougher), which are equal to our pieces of canvas. Place the interlining on the wrong side and iron it with a hot iron (when ironing the interlining, try to move the iron less, this will protect the fabric from wrinkles).

We cut off the excess canvas along the edge, retreating 3-4 squares from the pattern (seam allowances).

We begin to collect our bookmark according to the principle. We pass the needle through the backstitch thread of the top piece of the bookmark, and then into the backstitch stitch of the bottom piece, without grabbing the canvas fabric. We connect our halves in series, placing a needle behind each backstitch thread of both pieces, thus sewing our bookmark. All!!! We hide the thread and iron it again. Decorate to your liking. And... we give...

"Teacher's Basket." Tatiana Kosenkova.
To make the “Teacher’s” basket, we took a ready-made wicker basket made of bamboo, slightly weighted the bottom with a 3 mm layer of alabaster, onto which a base of polyurethane foam was glued and decorated with sisal. The stationery is attached to the base using toothpicks. Well, what would a holiday be without flowers and sweets, we added them to decorate the basket.

Hello! My name is Vika. I am 12 years old.
Every year on October 5, more than 100 countries celebrate Teachers' Day, which was established in 1994 as World Teachers' Day. This is a professional holiday for all teachers. On this day everyone congratulates their favorite teachers. I also really want to please my teachers.
Your modest work knows no price,
It cannot be compared to anything!
And everyone calls you with love
Your name is simple -
Teacher. Who doesn't know him?
This is a simple name
What illuminates with the light of knowledge
I live the whole planet!
We originate from you,
You are the color of our life, -

Let's get to work.

We will need the following materials and tools:

colored paper napkins (according to the number of flowers in the bouquet, in our case 9 for carnations and 20 for roses);
crepe paper (green); gift paper;
ribbon with bow for gifts; wooden skewers (picks for canapés);
PVA glue; glue stick; threads; scissors;
stapler; foam rubber (9 cm x 9 cm x 2 cm);
plastic jar of yogurt or sour cream.

Step-by-step execution of work.

Let's make a vase for the bouquet.
Take a jar of sour cream and a piece of foam rubber. We cut off the corners of the foam square, insert it into the jar and secure it with glue. (You can do two at once)

Let's start making carnations.
Take a napkin, fold it in half, then in half again. In the center of the resulting square, we fasten it with a cross with a stapler.

Then cut out the circle

Moreover, we do not cut evenly, but as if with teeth.

We begin to form a carnation flower. Lift the top thin layer and press it with your fingers to the center of the circle. In the same way, lift all the layers following the first one and also press them with your fingers to the center.
Making a stem.
Take skewers and cut them into 3 equal parts at an angle so that the ends are sharp. And with this sharp end we pierce the flower blank at the base where the paper clips are.

Then carefully remove it and continue working with it.
From green crepe paper we cut strips of 5-7 mm and oblong leaves, 5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. We don’t throw away the cuttings from the leaves, but chop them up with scissors, this will be “grass”, we will need it for decorating the foam rubber.

Having secured the strip at the base of the stick with glue, we begin to wind the paper as if in a spiral, in the place we need, we apply a leaf to the stick and screw it with a strip of paper; We do the same with the second, and if necessary with the third leaf. Now we insert the finished stem back into the flower blank, having previously coated the tip with glue.

Having smeared the lower tip of the stem with glue, insert it into the foam rubber. We do the same with all the other carnations.

We spread the foam with glue and sprinkle it with “grass” so that it is not visible.

Decorating a vase with flowers
Take gift paper and cut out a circle with a radius of 16 cm. We coat the bottom of the jar with glue and place it in the center of the circle.

When the glue dries, we continue working.
We spread the edge of the jar in a circle (preferably with dry glue - like a “glue stick”) and begin to lift the design paper. We press it to the edge of the jar, where it is smeared with glue.

When the paper sticks, you can tie the vase with a ribbon and a bow.

The bouquet of carnations is ready!
We make the second bouquet in the same way - a bouquet of roses. The only difference is in the technique of making the rose flower.

Let's start making roses.
Take 2 napkins and cut off their edges to make 8 squares.

Now, using a skewer, we will make rose petals. Place a skewer on the corner of the napkin and begin to twist the napkin onto it.

Just try not to make it tight, but to make it looser, otherwise it will be difficult to remove later. We roll it up to about the middle of the napkin, to the corners.

We move the workpiece on the skewer closer to one edge and begin to compress it.

Then remove the resulting workpiece from the skewer.

Do the same for all the other petals.
Let's start collecting roses. The number of petals depends on what kind of rose you want to make; just starting to bloom or already large, blossoming.
Roll up the petal blank, press it at the bottom,

We attach the next one to this petal, then another and another, until a bud is formed. We tie it with threads.

Insert a skewer and wrap it in green crepe paper with some leaves added.

All other work on decorating the bouquet is described above.

The bouquet of roses is ready!
But we made these flowers, similar to dahlias, with our classmates for each teacher who teaches in our class.
