Cat with balls. The animal sits surrounded by colored circles. But if we open the corner... we will see a little mouse!

I thought about using buttons on this side. There are several of them for more interest.

• I divide the preliminary sketch on paper into components and transfer it to felt pieces.

• I sew the mouse to the main plane.
• Then I make a piece of fabric that hides the surprise. I process the overcast seam on 3 sides of the part. The fourth will then be sewn into the edge of the cube.
• I'm sewing on a button. It is necessary to accurately align the location of the fastened parts.

• I cut out a large orange ball from a thick piece and leave a tail like a thread. This ball is on a button. Near the green stationary. The lilac circle is also on the button.
• The longest work is the figure of a cat. I attach the whole body to the plane. I pass not only along the perimeter, but also do not forget to highlight the front paws. Contrasting color patches on top: muzzle, collar. The eyes and nose are embroidered with threads.

Cars on the road. I decided to use buttons. They can be moved along the string. It is a pity that the manufacturers did not think over the correct position of the legs. Therefore, cars will move up and down.

On the main part of the square I sew two lanes of the roadway. I pull the string with the cars.
